About this property

Charming apartment (5 to 6 people) 2 large bedrooms / Falaise area

Superb apartment of 43 m2, grouping two old apartments, totally renovated in 2014. Easy access from the entrance of the station.
Departure and return skis at the foot.
Housing intended for 6 pers maximum. A "valley" room with double bed; a room "mountain" for 3 people, and a sofa bed renewed in 2019 of 160 cm, in the vast living room. Sumptuous view, from a large terrace (sunny all afternoon) on the Avoriaz golf (summer), on the track of the World Cup and Super-Morzine. Large shower room. Separate WC. Free WIFI. A cable TV in the living room, another in the master bedroom and another in the room "mountain", connected to the internet (interesting if you subscribe to Netflix) and provided with USB port and HDMI port. Our apartment is associated with a large ski locker, on the ground floor, practical if you also want to leave your ski boots there.
Very well equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso coffee machine, for example.
Bath towels and bed sheets included, as well as final cleaning.
All useful shops within 200 meters.

Great location with beautiful view!

Lovely spacious apartment with an amazing view from the balcony. Very well equipped kitchen and very close to the boulangerie and supermarket. Also you can ski right to the boot room for the building. Recommended

Magnifique Appartement

Nous avons passĂ© des vacances formidables, l'appartement est vraiment gĂ©nial. Sans surprise, nous avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ© la vue et l’emplacement dans le quartier falaise. La dĂ©coration est vraiment Ă  notre gout, l’agencement est parfait, les portes manteaux et crochets nombreux sont vraiment utiles ! Ainsi que les tablettes Ă  l’entrĂ©e pour mettre nos casques. Nous Ă©tions 5, du coup nous avons utilisĂ© le canapĂ© Lit. Il est vraiment confortable et surtout trĂšs facile d’utilisation. Nous eperons y retourner l'annĂ©e prochaine!

Belle vue, appartement pas mal mais trop sale et service expéditif

Appartement bien pensĂ© et relativement bien Ă©quipĂ© (mais lave vaisselle en panne lors de notre sĂ©jour) La vue est fantastique La localisation plutĂŽt bonne. En revanche le vrai point noir est la propretĂ©, dans notre cas le mĂ©nage n'avait Ă©tĂ© fait que de maniĂšre trĂšs superficielle (moutons de poussiĂšre sous les lits, poubelles non vidĂ©es) et Ă  en juger par l'Ă©tat gĂ©nĂ©ral de l'appartement (refait en 2023) ce doit ĂȘtre le cas Ă  chaque fois... Les propriĂ©taires nous ont remboursĂ©s les frais de mĂ©nages (100€) mais au regard du prix du sĂ©jour, le sentiment gĂ©nĂ©ral reste quand mĂȘme bien dĂ©cevant. Le tapis du salon est vraiment sale nous avons prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© le retirer, les alĂšses des lits sont jaunĂątres, les dessus de lits douteux etc. L'Ă©tat des lieux d'entrĂ©e / sortie est plus qu'expĂ©ditif et lors de notre sĂ©jour face aux diffĂ©rents dysfonctionnements nous n'avons pas eu de rĂ©ponse satisfaisante (Ă  chaque fois avec un interlocuteur diffĂ©rent). Bref service industrielle Ă  la chaine malgrĂ© la bonne volontĂ© affichĂ©e des proprios. DĂ©cevant au final mais station charmante et vacances agrĂ©able malgrĂ© tout.

Really nice stay with perfect location, stunning views and good beds

Les plus: - la vue depuis l'appartement est magnifique!! - les lits sont de trĂšs bonne qualitĂ©!! - il y a beaucoup d'espace Ă  ranger, vraiment trĂšs fonctionnelle - l'emplacement ski in ski out et proche du Sherpa et boulanger - la grande frigo - les 2 chambres + le lit dans le living: parfait pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants - le casier Ă  ski - les luges qui Ă©taient sur la terrasse - chambre douche grande et chaude et trĂšs bonne douche A ameliorer: - la concierge n'Ă©tait pas gentille, tres court, brut, pas d'explications, je ne trouvais pas le casier Ă  ski parce que elle me avait donner le mauvais indication (saskia 3 au lieu de 1) et elle n'Ă©tait pas gentille au tĂ©lĂ©phone - parfois un peu la froideur qui entrait depuis les fenĂȘtres Nous avons vraiment aimĂ© nos vacances chez vous, 4/5!! Nous aimerions revenir l'annĂ©e prochaine dans les vacances de pĂąques de nouveau!

Bien situé dans cette station qui a heureusement encore de la neige:-), cet apartement est de trÚs bonne taille par rapport à d'autres et convient parfaitement à une famille de 4 personnes. Il est trÚs bien équipé et correspond bien à la description faite. Les 2 balcons avec vue au-dessus de la falaise sont un vrai plus. Nous avons été accueillis de maniÚre efficace et le séjour nous a laissé une trÚs agréable impression.
