What a great place to stay. Only criticism is the shower - 360 curtain a bit much. Walking distance of some great restaurants and always felt safe! Also easy to get to pretty much anywhere we wanted! Would recommend.
Centrally located, comfortable, and clean! Owner developed a 3 ring binder with restaurant recommendations and maps of the area. Nikki was very responsive to questions/concerns.
Worked out well for us, ideal location to visit our son and daughter in law and our new grandson! Only minor issue with TV last few days and front porch light; definitely would recommend and strongly consider staying again; house was cozy, well maintained and furnished!

Thank you for letting us know. Of course light bulbs burn out unexpectedly so that has been resolved. The TV is working just fine. It appeared the input was on the incorrect setting so that would have solved the problem. We will consider looking into clear instructions so if this happens again, it can be resolved. Thank you for your kind words and glad you enjoyed your stay!
Perfect spot for my wife and two kids. Great access to restaurants and broadway
Quick shot to downtown
Parking one drawback as street parking can take some patience
Nice little cozy apartment with everything you need for a couple or small family. It was clean and well stocked. Neighborhood has lots of shops and bars close.
Our was a wonderful stay! So convenient and close to things we love, like restaurants and the Mayan movie theater.
Peole who have trouble with stairs may need to know about the climb up to the bedrooms. But it did our legs/hearts good
goidgood to have the exercise
Nikki's place is in a great location, close to restaurants and shops. We walked to Molly Brown House Museum and numerous restaurants. Parking is tricky, but we found the trick to be getting settled out front by around 5pm. The antique brownstone is spotless, comfortable, well appointed and charming. It's a great jumping off place for visiting Denver and surrounding area. We would be delighted to come again when we're visiting our Colorado family.
