Our Condo was really nice, and as advertised. The complex needs some updating and certainly needs pest control. The ants were out of control, they were everywhere in and out of the condo. Overall, the pool was nice, the views were great and the interior of the condo was nice and comfortable. The experience was great.

This is a fantastic condo! Very spacious primary bed and bathrooms. We loved the big walk-in shower. Balconies had great views of the beach, as did the primary bedroom and living rooms. Kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. Host was very quick to respond with a minor issue (burnt out light bulb). Location was great for us- we didn’t want to be right in town and preferred to be a bit farther out. Pools were amazing. I ran on the beach every day and even saw a stingray on the beach. No complaints. I hope we can return to this unit next summer!

Beautiful condo.

This condo was gorgeous! My only complaint would be with the Mayan Princess property. During a pandemic, I was uncomfortable with the fact employees at reception were not wearing masks. The beach in front of condo also had a lot of trash. I would also recommend that Island Time Property share with potential renters what extra cleaning is taking place and consider a 24 hour wait between guests. Consumers need greater assurance during this difficult time and in the end, it will only strengthen your brand.
