A beautifully decorated condo that is very spacious. This condo is so bright and cheery...a place to enhance your vacation experience at the Beach!

We take pride in our cleaning, sanitizing and staging protocols. The condo is thoroughly inspected before AND after each guest's visit. We make sure all aspects of the condo is absent of items that have been broken or missing and stains on furniture and/or laundry. We know things happen while on vacation but we need to keep the condo in the best condition possible. All missing or broken items, all laundered items with stains will be charged to the guest for replacements.

This condo is the perfect place for a family vacation. It is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The views are wonderful from the large balcony - where we spent most of our time. We look forward to staying here again!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful vacation and this rental at Cocoa Beach is beautiful. There seemed to be a lot of strict-ish rules but understand that sometimes they are needed. Our family enjoyed everything. Thankful to share this time and home with the grand babies.

Very Nice Condo with Great View

The view is great and the condo has extremely well equipped bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Beach access is easy and the condo has what you need for the beach (toys, umbrella etc.) We found Cocoa Beach to be a good location for the beach plus access to Disney, Kennedy Space Center and St. Augustine.

A great week with my family

My family had a great time staying at this beautiful condo. Our plan was to relax and enjoy the sun, pool and hot tub, which we did! There were 2 couples, and 2 adult singles so we used all of the beds, including the Murphy bed and all of them were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Very relaxing! The view was perfect for the two Rocket launches we saw as well as the beautiful sunrise

Spring Break 2025

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! Jennifer was available if needed and the condo was over accommodating with all of the kitchen essentials plus more if you wanted to air fry food or use a crockpot. The condo was beautiful, very clean, well laid out for a larger group if needed and had a gorgeous view! We even saw a Space X shuttle take off! The walk to the beach was minimal. I would highly recommend staying here (and I’m a hard person to please with higher expectations!). When we come back to Cocoa Beach we will be booking this condo again!

My birthday getaway with the guys softball tournament

I cannot express how happy I was with Jennifer and her condo! She is one of the bests hostesses I've ever had and hoping to have the opportunity to come back again for a future stay. It was clean, beautiful, spacious! The construction was not a problem at all. Didn't disturb the view one bit. I had an amazing birthday weekend there!!!

Fabulous time

This condo is exactly as the photos show with amazing views. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with a few basic spices. Basic starter supplies were provided which was helpful. Bedrooms are good size; we had plenty of room for our six adults and did not feel cramped at all. Jennifer was very quick to respond to any questions. Contactless check in and out was very easy. Will definitely stay here again.

I'm sorry it took nearly a year to decide you had a terrible time. Not one phone call to me to express any issues you were having so they could be resolved. Looking back on my notes: the pool was closed from children defecating in the pool. It takes a period of time to make it sanitary again. That is no ones fault except the parents of these kids but because of that, others suffer. Plus, the pool gets heavily used and so therefore, rules need to be enforced by Sandcastles management so everyone visiting the pool can have fun and enjoy the experience. If your children were participating in activities that broke the rules, then yes...the manager would have corrected that. The pool area is not big enough for ball playing, flips and or diving. We are not a resort...this is a residential condominium and nothing was ever mentioned about it being a resort. You were given rules, regulations, and a contract to read upon booking. I can't imagine what kind of vacation rental place it would be without rules and regulations. It is usually only a problem when people do not like to follow rules. If you did not agree with them, you could have decided not to book, reach out to me for clarification and/or cancel. I did notice I had to submit a claim of $200.00 after you vacated the condo. Torn sheets, stained sheets, stains on the couches, a dented toaster, a broken beach chair.

Beware the Owner

The condo and property are beautiful, but the owner is a problem. We could tell she was high-strung from her instructions, so we bent over backwards to keep it clean, and did a great job. We told her we left a day early to give her options for her next guest. For our courtes

Michelle, I have been hosting units for over 10 years and feel it is very important for both the enjoyment of the guest and protection of the property to outline expectations. The process I use has been very successful, allowing hundreds of guests to leave with great memories of their visit and accommodations. The majority of guests have praised the expectations and have thanked me for this. I apologize if these instructions caused you so much distress. In this particular case, I am guessing you were upset because I found the bottom of one of the indoor chairs was wet and the back side of the chair covered in sand while I was cleaning. The water and sand cleaned off easily so this was not damage and would not be a chargeable event. However, since this was a unique situation, I was interested to know how this happened, so I reached out to you for an explanation. I even presented pictures of this.

The place lacked quality and Jennifer was rude in all aspects of interaction. She even complained that the place was not perfectly ready for the next guests. We did our best with cleaning for over an hour and left extra beach towels and body boards for the next users and all she did was whjne.

I can’t respond to the “quality” comment.., not really sure what they even means. If you look back on reviews, guests have loved the condo and it’s amenities. Not sure what is meant by the “condo was not left perfectly for next guests”…not sure how she misunderstood my comments concerning the expected check out procedures. The unit does have check out procedures that are agreed to when the condo is booked. The procedures do not resemble leaving the condo perfectly clean but does represent minimal expectation when checking out. This unit was not left in the minimal cleaning standard. Therefore I pointed this out to the guest and apparently that is why this guest said I was rude. I have pictures to prove the mess they left.
