Looking for the perfect vacation rental? Weekly? Monthly? or for the Season? This 2 bed /1 bath 3rd floor condo has just been freshly painted with a brand new kitchen and new flooring. Features a queen size bed in the master and a KING bed in the guest room. Large granite island in the fully equip kitchen with 4 counter height bar stools, living room has a beautiful restoration hardware slip cover sectional and a large TV. You also have 2 private balconies : one with a table w/ 6 chairs east facing and the other with loveseat and chairs for conversations and relaxing facing west. You will be right on the water, you can fish from the dock, paddle board or kayak down the canal to the beach, or tie up your boat for the day. Best of all the complex features a nice heated pool ! It's an easy walk to Turtle beach, the Siesta Key trolley station or free ride to the shops, restaurants at Crescent or the Village.

Great location, Turtle Beach is less than 5 mins away! Or take the trolley into Siesta Key, the stop is a short walk from the condo. I loved sitting on the balcony in the morning watching the kayakers and the birds. It was so quiet and relaxing. Comfy bed and new chairs for the beach.

Great location and price

Raffie’s condo is great. Location is excellent and affordable. Pool is clean and not very busy. There’s plenty of room for a family of 4 to relax and have a meal, etc.

Awesome rental!

We loved the location and how quiet the surroundings are. Loved being able to walk to Turtles beach for the day and return later to watch the sunset. And Raffie was a pleasure to talk with.

Great place

The house was very spacious and clean. Enjoyed the view from both the balconies. Caught a lot of fish from the dock on the canal. Location was great for going to Turtle beach.

Wonderful place with ocean and water views

Beautiful place with view of water and ocean from the two decks. There is also a wonderful water restaurant in walking distance. We ate there two times during our stay. Very pleasant stay.

Relaxing week

We had a wonderful stay at the property! Everything was clean and our hostess was incredibly helpful. We took the kayaks to a private little beach and enjoyed coffee on the deck that overlooks the waterway. Our neighbors were kind and offered great suggestions for dining.

Fantastic stay

We knew the area around turtle beach and love it because of "blind pass" the beach and the quietness. The appartment is really nice. Clean, airy, really nice kitchen. We were lucky to have the pool almost all to our selves every day. The communication with the owner swift and she is extremely helpful

Quiet Stay

Raffie's condo is a cute gem at the end of the Key. It's quiet and beautiful amongst other beautiful homes. There's alot of amenities available for guests. Anything we reached out about was addressed. 👍 Thanks for a nice stay.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would

The host was amazing, if I had any questions replied immediately. The set up was perfect, location perfect, I cannot say a single bad thing and will definitely be back and using this property again. And icing on the cake saw a dolphin and manatees swim right off our dock.

Great location

The rental is in a great location, you can see the inlet and the beach from the dock. Everything you need is available at the rental. Beach chairs, a wagon umbrellas, canoe. Turtle beach is a short 10-15min walk. We used the wagon and loaded up all our stuff and a 2year old and walked everyday. The free trolley stop is right before you get to the beach. Siesta keys beach is a short drive away. We didnt use it but there is a nice covered outdoor seating area with a grill for entertaining. The porches were nice to sit on on in the evening ls. There is alot of steps to get to the 2br unit not ideal for disabled people.

Hidden Gem

We loved returning to our condo each evening, away from the craziness of the main drag. Our day started with coffee on one of the spacious decks and a greeting from a dolphin right in front of the pool. Then we would make breakfast in the bright, well-equipped, clean kitchen. Having laundry, safe parking, and comfortable beds made us feel at home. The plentiful towels, beach chairs, beautiful pool area, and friendly neighbors were amazing perks. We will definitely stay here again!

April Peace

Stayed for an amazing week. Great fishing in bay and surf. Dolphin visits while sitting on dock. Pool was perfect temp and clean. Quiet end of the island. Kayaks provided on property were icing on the cake. Accommodation was spotless. Great bed(s). Barbecue grill worked perfectly. Balconies and views were a superb treat. Will be back next year!

Great location for us

Our Siesta Key ground level condo was devastated by the pair of hurricanes this fall. Our travel was already booked and non-refundable or changeable. We stumbled across this condo unit and everything met our criteria. The pool was great for my wife and daughter, and my son entertained himself fishing from the dock all day. They were so close my wife could take pictures of his latest catch from her pool side chair! The condo has everything you need and is walking distance to three restaurants, each a different price point, menu, and feel. Turtle Beach and children's park are both walkable as well. Sunrises and Sunsets to begin and end your day. We're already looking to book our next stay!

A Little Piece of Paradise 

Everything about this place was perfect. Raffie, the owner, was easy to get in touch with and fantastic to work with, and the unit was very comfortable and clean, complete with a great kitchen, 3 TVs, comfy beds, and a large cozy couch.  The unit also features two balconies—one with a view of the Gulf of Mexico and Blind Pass Canal, perfect for sunset viewing and watching the kayaks and boats pass by, and the other was a lovely spot to eat your meals with a large dining table.The location is in a quiet part of the island -very close to Turtle Beach, which offers great fishing and various water activities, and the start point for the free trolley that takes you to other spots on Siesta Key. Also, there are two restaurants within walking distance of the condo. The facility has only eight units, creating a peaceful and friendly environment. The common areas include a beautiful heated pool with lounge chairs and stunning water views. Raffie owns two units, both well-equipped with everything you need, including a washer and dryer, kayaks, beach gear, and more.We stayed for a week and had a wonderful experience with everything we needed. If we ever return to Siesta Key, we will definitely stay here again.

Quiet and cute condo

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this 2 bedroom 1 bath condo. We highly recommend it and would definitely rent it again. Kitchen is very nicely remodeled and well equipped. It has 2 coffee makers: 1 brew pot, 1 Keurig. There are 2 balconies. 1 facing east to watch the sun come up and the other facing west. You have a peek a boo gulf view and can hear the waves at night. It faces the heated pool and midnight pass where kayakers, paddle boarders and manatees go past. We loved spending a quiet night on the balcony after a day at the beach. You are almost to the end of turtle beach and it is very quiet. The condo has only 8 units. At least 3 restaurants are within walking distance down the quiet street. Turtle Beach is about a 4 block walk. You can catch the free trolley about 2 blocks away. What a great location. And Raffie is great to work with.

Slice Of Paradise

We absolutely Loved our 5 Day Staycation here on Turtle Beach / Siesta Key! We’ve been coming down to Siesta Key and Turtle Beach for years and this condo is the perfect GetAway! And by far one of the Nicest we’ve stayed at. It’s got everything you need and then some. Great Views, Nice Pool, Very Peaceful, Beautiful Sunsets and Steps away from water sports. Kayaking, Paddle-Boarding, Fishing etc.. And we couldn’t have asked for a nicer Host- the owner Raffie, is very on point, super helpful and has an excellent sense of communication. She told us about a hidden gem of a beach (Palmer Point Park) which is accessible by Kayak, Paddle Board or Boat. My daughter and I paddled down on two separate days and the crystal blue water @ that secluded beach is Breathtaking! We spent hours there enjoying that beautiful water and hunting for amazing sea shells. We can’t wait to go back! If you need to hit a grocery store there is a Publix a few miles away inland and tons of other restaurants and shops. Also the Turtle beach access is literally next door so you can either walk or ride a bike there. This place gets a 5 Stars across the board! 💯 Thank You Raffie

Serene/Cozy Hideout

So many great things to say. I booked this because of the good price and water views. I am SO glad I did, as I was looking for the perfect spot and this truly met it. The hours looking was well worth stumbling upon this gem. Raffie is so lovely personally and professionally. She was super communicative during our stay and prior to it. She asked what time we’d be ready and told us to come on over whenever. This was our first visit with Siesta Key and this spot really made the visit worth it. If you’re a water person like my family and I, you’ll ADORE this. You get three views of water, all different colors, so the contrast makes it great visually. Located at the end of the street, so it’s super quiet and makes it calm coming back after spending all day at the beach. My kiddo slept in all different spots because she enjoyed it all. This place is closest to Turtle Beach and my family and I drove maybe two minute down the road and swam with a wild manatee for an hour. The two decks are great, but the water one is hard to stay away from. I worked on my computer out there and it was extremely quiet and serene. The place is very clean, bright, homey. It’s filled with items you need to use if you forgot something. So many towels and pillows. The gated community makes it really nice and adds to the quietness. I am writing this as we drive back home from our trip and I already am considering booking a future trip back now. Thank you for the best beach vacation stay ever!

winter get-away

My wife and I came to Siesta Key for a week to escape cold weather. We were extremely pleased with our rental condo and so happy we were at Turtle Bay. The condo was perfect and met our needs and loved having 2 decks to sit on. The location was so much quieter than the areas near Siesta village and we would want to stay here again.
