The villa has a beautiful, spacious Mediterranean garden. The pool has built-in stairs, and sunbeds for sunbathing, a wooden pergola and a work with a table for several diners with a built-in outdoor gas barbecue and a courtesy toilet to service the pool. Next to the toilet of the pool you will also find a small washing machine room with a small fridge.
On the plot of the villa there is space for a vehicle inside.
