Luxury Three Bedroom Detached Villa - Private Pool, Barbecue Terrace & Sea Views

Villa Colina is a great holiday destination for both couples and families with an open naya, private pool and terraces with outdoor dining...perfect for those looking for holiday sun in a peaceful and beautiful setting but close to the beaches and town of Moraira. The villa is very comfortable with a large modern living room and is a short drive or 25 minutes walk to beaches, cafes, bars and a range of restaurants that suit all tastes and pockets. There is a supermarket, local bars and restaurants just 10 mins walk from the villa. The villa also offers car parking for a number of cars behind secure gates.

Our villa gets the sun all day, but there are many options for shade and both the pool and grounds are not over-looked. The villa is positioned on a large plot with a beautiful, well-maintained Mediterranean garden with many palm trees, cacti and fruit trees..including lemon and fig. The private and secluded freeform 8x4m pool has an outside hot/cold shower plus sun beds overlooked by a terrace with a round table and chairs. The open naya overlooks the pool, with a comfortable sofa and arm chairs, as does the dining room. At the back there is also another terrace within the garden with a gas BBQ kitchen and dining table for great evenings in the summer.

As well as HD Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi there is also air-conditioning in every room and for the odd day in winter, central heating. There is lots of space indoors and with both family and en-suite bathrooms and all rooms one level, ensure you can enjoy our villa in its quiet and peaceful location.

Lovely spacious villa in a great location. Pool excellent. Moraira is just a 5 minute drive away with plenty of places to eat and wonderful beaches. Villa was very well equipped with absolutely everything we needed for a wonderful week in the sun!

Wonderful fortnight in this ideally located villa. communication with Jenny was really fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. she lent us her beach towels as well. Perfect holiday.

Fabulous location

Very nice villa in a good location. Very handy for a selection of local beaches. Off road parking behind gates ( would not advise parking on the road as villa is just past bend!), multiple lovely areas to sit outside and a lovely pool. Suited us very well. Note that the washing machine and freezer are in the garage not the kitchen but this is right next to the villa. Villa was beautifully clean and well equipped with everything we needed.

Relaxation in the sun

Super easy access on arrival day was followed by two weeks of complete relaxation. Pool is spacious and warm, bbq and kitchen clean and modern. Bedrooms and living room are all a good size and all have air con wjich is a blessing in summer. Thank you.

Arrived at the villa which hadn’t been cleaned from the previous tenant. Villa got cancelled and we had nowhere to stay. At first the owner was helpful but then became very unhelpful when we explained we were homeless with x3 children (x2 with additional needs).

En general muy bien. La casa tenía demasiados utensilios por los armarios, mucha vajilla, muchos vasos,... La villa grande con muchos sitios para disfrutar. Lo que más era la limpieza, un poco escasa al entrar. La piscina genial, con luces por la noche ( que activaron rápidamente al decirles). La dueña muy atenta. Hemos estado agusto.

Fin feriebolig, som dog bar præg af ikke at have været udlejet i en længere periode.

Fin feriebolig, men der var hverken varmt vand eller internet da vi ankom. Det fik udlejer dog udbedret, da vi gjorde opmærksom på det. Under ferien løsnede en poollampe sig fra sin montering. Det mente udlejer var hærværk fra vores side af, hvilket vi bestemt ikke kan genkende. Alt i alt: Vi var tilfredse med huset, men utilfredse med udlejer.

Fijn ruim huis met prachtige omgeving en een goede ligging.

We hebben er met 6 personen een heerlijke tijd gehad. De keuken had iets schoner gemogen, kastjes ed, de klinken in de gehele woning waren een beetje sticky. Het is geen goedkoop huis om te huren, maar heeft voor dat geld wel een update nodig zo hier en daar. Verder ruim opgezet en prima om in te vertoeven.

Great villa and location

We stayed as a family of 4 at the end of July. The villa has all you need: it is peaceful, the pool is a perfect temperature and decent size, the balcony near the pool is good for reading and we used the table in the screened room to play cards at night (there can be mosquitos at night). The villa is well equipped if you want to eat in. Moraira is a lovely Spanish town nearby with plenty of places to eat and Calpe nearby is definitely worth a visit. The area of the villa is hilly and with the temperature you would need a car which is also handy for the supermarkets. You can get a taxi into town and back if you want to have a drink. We had a weekend in Valencia first and this is an easy journey and alternative to Alicante.
