In a former Vendée stone house, comfortable 2-room furnished gite, close to the Lac de Chassenon leisure area, St Michel le Cloucq and the hiking and mountain biking trails in the Mervent forest.

Wood park of 3 hectares on the property, ideal for a short walk. Terrace and small garden in front of the accommodation, possibility to park your car.

Covering an area of 53 m2, the accommodation comprises on the ground floor of a living room with a convertible sofa (1 person), a dining area and a kitchen. Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a shower room and separate toilet. Possibility of adding a cot in the room on request.

Maison au calme

Petite maison pour une petite famille au calme. Bien reçu. Rapport qualité prix correcte. Le seul "soucis" c'est que je croyais que le jardin été fermé pour pouvoir laisser le chien en liberté 24h/24h ce que n'est pas le cas. Mais un grand parc derrière la maison pour faire jouer les enfants et le chien. Nous avons bien profité.
