Villa with modern minimalist architecture in the middle of a nature reserve
Our house is suitable not only for those guests who want to stay for 3-4 days, but also for those who want to live in nature for a month or two in seclusion, but not be far from public infrastructure. For such guests we have discounts up to 60%.
The advantage of our house, compared to living at the same price in the hotel rooms, is three times the large living area with its own pool with hot water, a tropical garden with a green lawn and barbecue, a fully equipped kitchen, parking for cars next to the front door and unique singing of Azores birds in the morning.
Villa "Refugio Astrolabio" is a modern 100 square meter house with a bedroom, living room with a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, dishwasher, induction hob), private hot water pool and two outdoor places for BBQ and sunbathing.
The location of the property with 3.000 sq.m is between craters of Sete Cidades and Lagoa do Fogo. It is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling, walking through picturesque villages, surfing at Santa Barbara Beach or play a golf at the Batalha Golf Course.
The Moto of the house: Life on land and defying to achieve everything in 10 minutes. No meter what: Airport, Supermarket, Gas station, Bar, Beach, Golf or Restaurant. And right back to enjoy tranquility and nature.
The guest house is equipped with WiFi internet and satellite TV. Parking is inside the property.

What makes this property unique
Cleanliness is always a top priority for hosts and guests. But now it's more important.
We would like to inform you that we use professional staff with two-level cleaning rooms to clean our villas, including furniture, kitchen, switches and door handles. In the first step, the room is cleaned regularly. In the second stage - disinfection cleaning with chlorine solution and 70% alcohol solution. Only one-time cleaning material is used during cleaning work.
The period between the departure of the guests and the arrival of new guests has been extended to 72 hours.
At the request of guests, we have the option of using both disposable and reusable bedding, and the kitchen can be equipped with both disposable and reusable dishes.
To ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the room, each of our villas has antibacterial hand disinfectants, disposable gloves and towels, and respiratory masks.
Despite all the activities mentioned above, the rental costs remain unchanged.
