Great Gilford condo, location is near everything!
Unit 216 is a cute 1 bedroom, one bathroom condo with partial lake views of Paugus Bay. Great location! Less than 10 minutes to Weirs Beach, directly diagonal to the Margate (0.2 miles) and the Bank of NH Pavilion and 15 minutes to Gunstock Mountain.
Sit on the balcony and enjoy the fresh air in the morning and play at the lake all day long. You can also come watch the leaves change in the fall and ski in the winter! Wind down your evening by watching the sunset, cooking in the kitchen with your friends and family or dining at Myrna's, the delicious Italian restaurant, downstairs. There is a supermarket right down the block to buy groceries and treats.
This condo can accommodate 4 people with the queen size in the bedroom and sofa bed in living room. If you'd like to have up to 8 people staying, the adjoining unit, #217, can also be rented and the doors will be unlocked so that you can have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit.
Large parking lot give you plenty of room to park your boat trailer or RV.

We moved to New Hampshire and immediately fell in love with the Lakes Region. As a year round resident, we've enjoyed the area and have not run out of things to do.
Why they chose this property
This property is central to Weirs, the Margate, NH Bank Pavilion, Gunstock and many hiking trails. There are so many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. And lastly, the parking lot is HUGE and can accommodate trailers and RVs, which is a rare find for the area.
