Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Close & Lock both sliding doors & kitchen window Shut off all lights, ceiling fans and TVs Turn off AC, fireplace, bedroom heater & oven
Make sure shower water is turned all the way off and not dripping from the bathtub spout Clean out fridge and take away any food that you brought Bring trash to trash bin at the bottom of the stairs
Return parking passes to the welcome board inside the condo. Failure to return passes on your check out day will result in a $25 fee per pass.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking is not allowed inside condo, on either front or rear deck or within 25 feet of any building. $250 smoking fee will be applied.
No pets allowed. $250 fee will be applied
