Unit 327 is a cute 1 bedroom, one bathroom condo with amazing lake views of Paugus Bay. Great location! Less than 10 minutes to Weirs Beach, directly diagonal to the Margate (0.2 miles) and the Bank of NH Pavilion and 15 minutes to Gunstock Mountain.

Sit on the balcony and enjoy the fresh air in the morning and play at the lake all day long. You can also come watch the leaves change in the fall and ski in the winter! Wind down your evening by watching the sunset, cooking in the kitchen with your friends and family or dining at Myrna's, the delicious Italian restaurant, downstairs. There is a supermarket right down the block to buy groceries and treats.

This condo can accommodate 4 people with the queen size bed and futon in the bedroom.

Large parking lot give you plenty of room to park your boat trailer or RV.

Couple's Getaway

In my opinion best suited for 1-2 people. This is a one bedroom unit with an additional futon that would make for very tight quarters if used. However, for us it was perfect as it was a great location with a beautiful view of the lake. Self check-in and out was a breeze. Owner was always responsive.

Wonderful condo, terrific hosts.

We had a lovely four nights at Mary and Scott's condo. Mary went above and beyond in making sure that we were comfortable and providing us with information that we requested, such as restaurant recommendations. (Thanks to Mary's advice, we had a memorable anniversary dinner sitting outside on the lake at Lago in Meredith. Highly recommended!) The condo is well-stocked and comfortable and the view of the lake is beautiful. We would be delighted to stay again if we are back in the area.

Paddle vaca

My family of four stayed here for two nights mid-August and the condo was just as described; we actually thought it was roomier than expected. Perfect location for us to visit and paddle board three lakes. Disappointing that there is no public launch on Paugus Bay but that was no fault of our host. Mary was extremely responsive and so easy to work with. The condo was very clean and very well supplied. We would recommend this location to any group of 4 or less people.
