Centrally located in Laconia, NH near Paugus Bay with restaurants and shops. Short drive to Gunstock Ski Resort, Weirs Beach, Bank of NH Pavilion, downtown Meredith, Laconia Bike week, and near The Margate. This is the perfect getaway during ANY season.
The space comes complete with essentials and is ready for you to arrive and unwind! There is space for your boat, car, truck, motorcycle or trailer in the parking lot.
