Beautiful Property

We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed sunsets, fireworks and bird watching every day from our balcony that had a small wading pool. The turn down service was great, we love the little chocolates. We were invited to see a sneak peak of Vidanta World, that place is going to be pretty cool when complete.

Wonderful host and wonderful top-tier experience

Vidanta is always a great place to relax but can feel a bit impersonal… but not if you use the host of this property! They made sure we had a fantastic room in the Grand Luxxe towers with maximum perks, checked in with us to make sure we navigated all the Vidata logistics, and were amazing people in general.The Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta property is as always relaxing, luxurious, massive, and a good time. While some of the buildings seem to be starting to show their age and the rate may seem steep, this is one of the best ways to spend your vacation. Just do your homework ahead of time and aboid the sales people :)
