Beautiful!

This condo was perfect for my husband and I, and our two daughters….super clean, comfortable and just steps to the beach! The views of sunsets were beautiful! Darlene and Joe were very helpful with anything we needed! We will definitely be back next year!

70th Summer in the Wildwoods

I have been coming to the Wildwoods since I was 3. Last year and this year we stayed at Royal Beach Condominiums. The booking process was easy and the hosts were very accommodating. It is the best location you will find anywhere. The condo has a large balcony and all of the things you need inside. The best place I have at the shore.

Overall, this is a comfortable accommodation and location. We would suggest replacing the cushions on the balcony furniture as there there is no loft left in them, so are very hard and uncomfortable . We did not use the beach chairs from the storage closet due to very poor condition. The bathroom could use another towel rack as well. These are not costly changes , and would improve the satisfaction with the unit.

We are very sorry that the new cushions did not come in until after your stay. We do supply towel hooks on the back of the master bathroom door as there is no other wall space to install another towel rack. We also supply a clothes drying rack in the laundry room for additional towel drying. We are sorry you were not satisfied with the beach chairs provided. They do get faded very quickly from the sun and salt air, and we do our best to replace then as needed.

Canceled 3 hours before booking was supposed to begin. Was driving down with 3 kids when I got the message. Unacceptable.

Never received a signed Rental Agreement from you for your stay. The house rules clearly state that those who will be staying in the unit must be listed in the Rental Agreement. We cannot accommodate anyone without receipt of the completed and signed Rental Agreement.

Beach Condo

This is a great property. We are frequent users of VRBO and the Gargano's condo is as nice as you will find. The location and views are wonderful. You can see the sunrise and sunset each day.

All was great. The Garganos are honest and caring. The building is well cared for. The apartment is spacious and beautiful.
