Located on the deep waters of the Assateague Channel with a view of the Assateague Lighthouse. This two bedroom, one bath condo with spectacular views is the perfect spot for fishing, boating, kayaking, bird watching, crabbing from your private dock, soaking up the sun and salt air breezes. This sleeps up to six people with one queen bed, one double, and two twin beds. If you love fishing, sitting on the porch, listening to the waterfowl, or watching the Assateague ponies or dolphins swimming by, this is where you want to be on your vacation. Very comfortable, clean and bright, with central air-conditioning and heat. Newly re-modeled with original artwork and beach decor. Dock your boat in our 21 foot boat slip and clean your fish at one of the two fish cleaning stations. Enjoy your catch of the day while stargazing on the floating dock . Great place to stay during the off season

The property is near the state park, and the ponies made several appearances for photo ops. The beach was chilly but great for walking. Restaurants can be tricky to find at the beginning of the week until they open full-time for the summer. Overall, it was a relaxing and quiet place to stay.

This was a great property for our family to enjoy beautiful Chincoteague Island. We enjoyed watching the sunrise on the back porch and all of our activities were five or ten minutes away.

We had a great time fishing & crabbing at the dock. So nice being able to have your boat footsteps away from the condo! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Great views and we even saw a lot of Dolphin. Hope to return!

Perfect place to recharge

From reservation to checkout, this was hands down the best vacation experience ever. The unit is clean and comfortable. Although we didn't do much cooking, the kitchen is very well stocked and equipped. The views were amazing. Can't wait for our next trip back!
