Access & Layout
Exterior beachside stairs are the primary way to travel between the main floor and the beach-level floor and patio, including access to the interior living space
A residential elevator is available from the main floor to the beach-level floor only and is intended for luggage, guests with mobility needs, elderly guests, or limited use
Elevator does not access the top floor where the two king bedrooms are located
Elevator operation requires a minimum age of 16 — not recommended for children under 16 to stay alone on the lower floor overnight due to exterior stair access
Private beach access directly from the unit with part-time beach patrol
Loft area in the master is not accessible to guests
No pool on site
Minimum rental age: 25
