Located above Seaside’s Town Square, guests can enjoy the famous Ama Vida coffee shop located in the building’s first-floor lobby. A private elevator to the third floor will bring you directly to the entrance of the unit where guests will discover a shared outdoor living area that has also recently been updated with new furnishings, also offering Gulf views.
Upon entry to the first floor of the home, you will find a spacious, open floor plan including the custom-renovated kitchen, dining and living areas as well as a balcony and powder room. The kitchen features the latest induction stovetop and appliances along with an island with seating for two. The living area has a large, wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV, upgraded high-speed internet service, a queen sleeper sofa, comfortable seating, and a dining table with seating for six.
