This condo is all about the view! View of the ocean, the Pier and the Marsh. You can admire the ocean from the open concept living and dining area or from the large balcony where you can soak up the sun, have a drink or a nice meal. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook your own meals but there is also plenty of restaurants to choose from within a 10 minute drive. There is a W/D, large TVs in the living room as well as in the bedroom with cable TV, WiFi & unlimited Internet access. The cozy bedroom offer a queen bed. There is a pullout couch in the living room so the unit can accommodate up to 4 guests (2 adults and 2 young children). Guests have access to the pool as well as to an indoor lounge and kitchen area by the pool. There is plenty of parking space available (1 car per unit) as there is an overflow parking across the street. Beach chairs are provided (no umbrella).

Since it was just two of us, the unit had all the space that we needed. We usually cook some of our meals and the unit was equipped very well. We like being on the northern end where it was very quiet. We had a small issue with the TV but the owners were very responsive and the issue was resolved quickly. We would definitely consider using this unit again.

As others noted, the building is a little aged but inside the property is nicely updated and clean. This property was booked for working remotely (with a fantastic view) instead of a vacation and it served our needs extremely well and the wi-fi worked great.

Amazing Condo with Amazing views!!

We found this little condo a few years ago & now we come back at least twice a year to stay & enjoy the views & the comforts that it provides! Beautiful ocean view from the Balcony & gorgeous marsh views from the front door.

I used to come to the Myrtle Beach area every year as a kid. So at one point it became natural for me to invest in a property where I could visit with my own kids and offer my property for others to enjoy to! I love being a host and making sure that my guests enjoy not only the area as much as I do but also feel at home in my property. I have guests that have been staying at my units since the very beginning and are returning up to 3 times a year. For them and all new guests, I love making small updates here and there and surprising people with little details. If you are looking for a large unit, I do own another one a the end of the strip only 2-3 minutes from this one. You can check out the listing for the French Quarters 765623.

Why they chose this property

I choose this property for its location, its amazing ocean view and access, its proximity to all attractions but at the same time the quietness of its beach (it's a little bit more busy in July and August but the beach is still not over crowded).

What makes this property unique

Ample parking space with secure access to elevators, non-smoking building, pool located on 4th floor with great view of the ocean, lighted pathway to the beach for night strolls, close to the Prince Resort Pier, its restaurant, ice cream parlor and fishing.
