2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 3rd (top) floor Condo (no elevator) located in Cherry Grove North Myrtle Beach. Comfortable setting, gorgeous views, steps to the beach. Lots of new renovations in 2023.

This is a non smoking unit. HOA does not allow trailers, boat, motorcycles, golf carts, RVs or pets.

Master has a queen memory foam bed, smart Roku tv and sliding doors to the balcony. Second bedroom has a smart Roku tv, queen memory foam bed and a small roll away cot. Sleeps up to 5.

Kitchen is fully appointed. It includes a Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, dishes, silverware, crock pot, blender, pots and pans & wine glasses.

Living room has sectional sofa, smart Roku tv, cable & dvd player.

We provide bed linens and bath towels and some cleaning supplies.

Peak times rent Saturday to Saturday (one week minimum). Other times have a two night minimum. Cleaning fee is $200. Check in is at 3pm, check out is at 10am.

Charming and Relaxing

Nice Getaway

A great stay at the beach! Just what we needed!

We had a wonderful time in Cherry Grove. It has been years since we visited North Myrtle Beach. The condo was perfect, felt like a home. Everything was exactly as described and cozy. The oceanfront view was perfect for morning coffee and breakfast. A short walk to the beach. Having use of the owners beach equipment was a plus! It was great to relax and unwind. Thank you Kris. You have a great place and cannot wait to go back ❤️🏖🐚

Just a couple of days

We only had two nights to visit. We are close to 70 yrs. old. The only draw back is there is not an elevator. We were told that by the host and knew it going in. Other than that, we had a very good stay. We found the host to be very nice and easy to deal with. And thank you for allowing us to stay a weekend.

Great location

The location was great. One of the umbrellas was broken. We did not check the other. No soap, shampoo/conditoner, or washing detergent were supplied. We asked about these things and it took a couple of hours for the host to reply. We have always been supplied these items so did not bring them. But location was excellent.

The location was great but the condo needs a deep cleaning. The bathroom needs a definite upgrade. The toilet seat is broken and the dryer does not work and the closet door was locked.

Two Happy Beachbums

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Family Tides. The Condo was like a home away from home. Kitchen is very well equipped. The owner (Kris) thought of everything to make her guests feel welcome. We got very quick responses with any questions we had. Beds/furniture were all comfortable and we appreciated the washer/dryer in unit. We enjoyed walks on the beach and the view from the condo cannot be beat. As first time VRBO patrons we were extremely pleased with our experience. The website was user friendly and booking was easy. The condo was as described and pictures were accurate. From beginning to end we could not have been happier.

Lovely Weekend Getaway

Wonderful working with the owner...very responsive and accommodating as well (thanks Kris!) The unit itself is extremely clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with everything needed to enjoy our stay. The balcony is wide, which is a plus and the addition of the umbrella is genius! Balcony furniture is an upgrade for sure...spent a lot of time out there :-) If there is any drawback here it's the stairs to get up to that third floor. Perhaps the younger folks won't mind but it put quite a hurtin on our old legs, backs and knees. It is listed on the site under accessibility which I didn't take note of and wish is was prominently noted in the description. All in all though this place is a wonderful find!!!

Family Tides is the perfect condo for a small family oceanfront getaway! We enjoyed everything this place has to offer…cleanliness, super comfortable beds and furniture, awesome view, great pool, and wonderful hosts! Kris was the best! Great stay on Cherry Grove Beach

What a great condo - great views from the balcony (just beware - beautiful view from 3rd floor, means steps to get there - which we didn’t mind at all)! Decorated really nice - had everything we needed! We’d never been to Cherry Grove Beach - it is beautiful. It is a bit off the beaten path - closest place to walk was about a 30 minute walk. But that is also how close the grocery store is. Great response from owner.

Nice place to visit

The property was clean and stocked with all the basic needs. Bring your own beach chairs, the ones provided are pretty warn out and leave rust stains on everything they touch. Also easier to carry it from your car than take them up and down four flights of stairs. The beach is beautiful. The pool was clean. Nice area to stay. Unfortunately, the hurricane shortened our trip and the insurance only covered health issues.
