Our OCEANFRONT condo is FIRST FLOOR, END UNIT (FIRST ONE IN THE BUILDING) Beautiful and tastefully decorated, Our Oceanfront pool is open May 1 - Labor Day.
Non-Smoking / Vaping condo (INCLUDING BALCONY per HOA Rule) on a Non-Smoking / Vaping property, however you may smoke/vape in the grill areas in the parking lot only, Pets are NOT ALLOWED (HOA Rule)
2 bedrooms, 2 bath, very clean, sleeps 5 comfortably, Primary bedroom is oceanfront with Kingsize bed, flat screen TV, with in suite bathroom. Guest room has a Queen size bed and flat screen TV.
Living room has a 55" flat screen TV very comfortable furniture, positioned just for you to relax, see and hear the ocean waves crashing on the beach.
Custom shutters throughout, Filtered water system, central heating and air conditioning.
Full size kitchen fully stocked (all pots and pans, dishes, silverware etc.) including a Keurig, and drip coffee maker, over the stove microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker.
Balcony bistro table and chairs so you can enjoy eating every meal oceanfront. Literally only steps from the beach, and an oceanfront pool. When you see our pictures, you will understand how close to the ocean you really are.
Nice CLEAN coin operated laundry room in the South building and outdoor BBQ grills on site outside of both buildings. The outdoor grilling areas are the ONLY area on the property where Smoking and Vaping are allowed.
Private coded door lock with deadbolt lock for extra security while you’re inside the condo.
Gated parking lot and pool area for added security. Guest will need to bring their own linens and paper products. If you wish to use a linen service there are some in the area, you may Google to find them. HOA allows Only1 ONE vehicle permitted in the parking lot.
Spectacular sunrises and dolphins playing, unspoiled views of Waites Island, a nature preserve and Hog Inlet, a great place to relax and fish. A wonderful location for an early morning stroll or finding beautiful shells, sand dollars and shark teeth.

***When accepted you will receive a contract and occupancy list which must be filled out in its entirety, signed and returned to us within 48 hours of receipt along with a copy of a current photo ID, driver's license, passport etc. A signed contract and verbal communication with the owner are required to keep this reservation. Failure to respond in a timely fashion may endanger your reservation status. We are not responsible for third party amenity interruptions, such as electricity, cable, internet, which is beyond our control. (Example: weather, downed powerlines etc. The internet (Wi-Fi) is a privilege and is offered to you at no additional cost. Abusing this service by downloading or streaming illegal content or attempting to order any programming On Demand will result in immediate eviction with no refund.

***ALL Ocean View Villas HOA rules must be followed as posted on the premises and/or in our condo. Any house or HOA rules that are broken will be considered a breach of contract.

*BEACH CHAIRS AND AN UMBRELLA ARE PROVIDED FOR YOU TO USE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST

***We recommend all guests purchase the travel insurance to ensure they have full coverage should they need to alter or cancel their travel plans.
