Welcome to Cozy Evergreen Cabin, a private 3-bed, 2-bath mountain escape in the Pineloch Sun community—just minutes from Lake Cle Elum, Roslyn, and Suncadia Resort. Enjoy a cozy wood-stove living room, loft game room, two spacious decks, firepit, and a private year-round hot tub.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

If there is evidence of smoking of any kind in the cabin, you will be charged a $150 fee that will be deducted from your damage deposit.
Clean BBQ after use. If found dirty, you will incur a $25 BBQ fee. A biohazard fee of $150 will incur if any bodily fluids are found in hot tub.
There is a 3 bag garbage limit per stay. Please take additional garbage with you or a $25/bag fee will be charged.

This was a very nice cabin in the woods. The hot tub madr the experience even more relaxing. We also enjoyed sitting on the front deck, there you can grill listen to music and have a nighttime fire in the portable firepit

The accommodations and overall atmosphere of the cabin were excellent and made for an amazing winter getaway. The decor was very festive and cozy and the rooms were comfortable and clean. We had a lovely stay, our only issue that we encountered was getting to and from the cabin. The gate to the neighborhood was closed due to winter weather conditions and our only options for getting ourselves and our luggage to the cabin was to book a snowmobile taxi or to walk up with our belongings (15 minutes uphill). While the host was transparent about this in the description of the property, we were unaware of how expensive the snow taxi was (35 each way), and how little they could carry. For a group as large as ours, this was an unexpected fee that was not within our budget and we had to walk all of our belongings up the steep and slippery hill as a result. Overall, it was worth it for the great experience that we had, but I wish I knew a little bit more about what to expect going into the trip.

For the past 15 years, our family—my husband and I and our two daughters—have made countless memories here. We love the outdoors and have watched our girls grow up exploring the woods, swimming in the lake, and discovering what each season has to offer.

In summer, our days revolve around swimming at Lake Cle Elum, strolling along the nearby river, kayaking, hiking local trails, and enjoying long afternoons lounging on the deck in the beaming sun.

In winter, we bundle up for peaceful snowy walks through the evergreens uphill to the stunning view of Lake Cle Elum from above, family game nights, ice skating and tubing at Suncadia, sledding, and cozy movie nights.

This cabin is our happy place, and we’re grateful to share it with guests who want to slow down, breathe fresh mountain air, and enjoy the simple beauty of the Pacific Northwest. We hope Cozy Evergreen Cabin becomes a place where you create your own cherished memories.
