Nice furnished studio of 30 m2 located on the 1st and last floor (without elevator) of a small residence on avenue Saint Maurice, on the 1st line, with a balcony with sea view, above the beach and direct access to the beach!
You will enjoy the magnificent sea view all day!
The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the center of Carnon (500m) and 2 km from the center of Palavas les Flots.
The studio is equipped with 2 sofa beds, for sleeping, a dining room table, chairs, sideboard, cupboard, TV and TV cabinet.
The furnished kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, a multifunction oven, a fridge and crockery.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin unit and a toilet as well as a washing machine.

Perfect Beach Hideaway

Die Wohnung mit Meerblick war einfach fantastisch! Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet – es gibt wirklich alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Cette vue mer est superbe on a l'impression d'être sur la plage, la plage est relativement calme. Il n'y a pas trop de monde c'est idéal même en pleins mois d'août, c'est agréable. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille, on recommande !

Emplacement idéal

Je suis allé fin septembre, je ne peux parler que du hors saison. Une plage de sable fin à ses pieds, peu de monde, de l’eau à 22 degrés, un studio simple plein sud avec une petite terrasse. Que demander de plus?
