Nice furnished studio of 30 m2 located on the 1st and last floor (without elevator) of a small residence on avenue Saint Maurice, on the 1st line, with a balcony with sea view, above the beach and direct access to the beach!
You will enjoy the magnificent sea view all day!
The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the center of Carnon (500m) and 2 km from the center of Palavas les Flots.
The studio is equipped with 2 sofa beds, for sleeping, a dining room table, chairs, sideboard, cupboard, TV and TV cabinet.
The furnished kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, a multifunction oven, a fridge and crockery.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin unit and a toilet as well as a washing machine.

Perfect Beach Hideaway

Peace & quiet (maybe time of year). Glorious beach. Beautiful sunrises. Many accessible am entities and activities. The beach is RIGHT THERE. Perfect getaway from it all change of scene and relax spot.

Studio très agréable, avec accès direct à la plage. Le calme, la mer, le bruit des vagues, les mouettes, la plage pour vous. C est paisible, c est nature, ça fait tellement du bien. Soleil en prime. Studio lumineux, fonctionnel. Petit immeuble blanc charmant de bord de mer. Superette pas loin. Hôtes acceuillants. Vous pourrez profiter de la mer, de l eau translucide, des couchers de soleil sur les étangs, de la camargue, de Montpellier, de balades en vélo à Maguelone, de piscine à la Grande Motte et tous les plaisirs du bord de mer.

Die Wohnung mit Meerblick war einfach fantastisch! Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet – es gibt wirklich alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Alles war sauber, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet.Der Blick auf das Meer ist einfach traumhaft und macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderes. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohlgefühlt.Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und nett, immer hilfsbereit und angenehm im Kontakt.Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen – alles war einfach perfekt!

Cette vue mer est superbe on a l'impression d'être sur la plage, la plage est relativement calme. Il n'y a pas trop de monde c'est idéal même en pleins mois d'août, c'est agréable. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille, on recommande !

Emplacement idéal

Je suis allé fin septembre, je ne peux parler que du hors saison. Une plage de sable fin à ses pieds, peu de monde, de l’eau à 22 degrés, un studio simple plein sud avec une petite terrasse. Que demander de plus?

Bonjour Nous avons passé de superbe vacances!! Appartement en face de la mer vraiment magnifique. L'accueil très chaleureux propriétaire très sympathique,vraiment tout est conforme à l'annonce!! merci cetait vraiment très bien! Je vous conseil vivement cet endroit on ne se lasse pas de voir la mer.
