Located opposite the Chalets district, near the Matabiau train station and a 20-minute walk from Place du Capitole. Medium and long term stays are preferred (minimum 3/4 nights). The outdoor parking (reserved space in the closed enclosure of the residence) is included free of charge.

Appartement pas loin du centre
On a passé une semaine tranquille dans un appartement bien équipé, boulangerie, pharmacie et supérette juste à côté. Une marche de 15 minutes à pied pour arriver au centre ville. On peut aussi louer des vélos proche de l’appartement. Le parking était sécurisé, tout à bien fonctionné. On n’a pas utilisé la terrasse.

Très bel appartement, calme et spatieux
L appartement est très bien, moderne, grand, avec plein de rangements, dans une résidence fermée, très calme. Avec lave linge et lave vaisselle. Tout confort.
On est juste en bordure du canal du Midi, c est pratique pour circuler en voiture. Il y a une mini supérette à 5mn à pied.
On peut juste signaler en point à améliorer que l équipement de la terrasse n est pas sur le même standing que l intérieur.
