About this property

Montecito Summer Resort Estate Pool, Koi Pond

Located on an especially attractive private road on a Cul de sac less than a mile from the upper village of Montecito, this home offers an expansive family resort living on 4500 sq ft. It Includes all the amenities you would expect of a newly renovated home including including a large, private lot, a pool/jacuzzi, an outdoor grill, large living, kitchen and outdoor sitting areas. We built the house to offer easy transition from kitchen and living areas to the outdoor areas with a pool always within view and a jacuzzi within 3 ft of the back terrace door with bathroom and shower access.
The house offer multiple terraces around the house with covered and uncovered access, multiple high quality umbrellas, comfortable and well kept outdoor furniture from Restoration Hardware surrounded by a modern firepit.


This home is only available for a limited period of Minimum 30 days from June 13th to August 16th 2022.
