Rental was exactly as pictured and very clean! Perfect for those wanting to stay directly for on the ocean with very little stairs. Room was stocked with everything we needed during our stay.

Great place to stay and locayed near plenty of entertainment.

Easily accessible and convenient property. Only downfall is key puckup is offsite, but very close to the property. Everything was as advertised and well communicated including pickup and drop off of the keys.

Not clean!

This condo did not have a beach view. It was blocked by a giant berm. The condo itself had a rank garbage smell to it. The beds were atrocious with no support and I woke up sore every day. It also was not cleaned very well prior to our arrival. It lacked basic quantities of soaps and garbage bags for a weeks worth of stay. The air conditioning did not work in the bedroom where it was needed most.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The location,the walk to the beach, and the cleanliness. The only complaint I have was the TV in the living would not work and when it did it would just turn on at random times. Maintenance came and addressed the problem but it still continued to give us problems. My son got bit by a tick before we left for vacation so the first day there he just wanted to lay around and it sucked with out a tv to watch. Overall this place was perfect and we will be booking it in the future.

It decent location, and right near beach. Only view as of sand dune. Room was decent for price. If located in different part of building, probably great deal. Portion of building that you were located was by and under steps. You heard every single person going up and down steps like they were over your head. People upstairs, must have had kids, or just ran back and forth at all times of day and night. People up and down steps before 7, and until 3 am some nights. Seriously unbelievable how loud it was. A lot of pot smoking going on around, constantly smelled it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided mid-summer to make a late summer/early fall beach trip and found this condo for a very reasonable price. We chose it because it had two beds that would accommodate our group of two adults and three kids. My wife stayed at this complex when she was a child, but it has been updated nicely, so you would likely not realize how old it actually is. It is a first floor unit with a mostly obstructed view of the beach, but we knew that going in and it was a willing tradeoff to not have to carry our stuff up and down the stairs. Since we went in late September, we pretty much had the beach to ourselves and truly had the pool to ourselves. It is right across Highway 17 from Barefoot Landing, so you don't have to go far for stuff to do. Highly recommend this unit for a couple or small family. The staff at North Beach Realty are very friendly and we will very likely book one of their properties when we return to the area.

I want to begin by saying I’ve stayed at many vacation rentals and have never left a poor review, however this will be the exception. Night one when the kids went to pull out the couch to sleep on, they discovered the mattress and the mattress pad was badly stained in yellow (I assume urine). They decided they would rather sleep on the couch and love seat. The beds weren’t much better. You could tell the mattresses are very old. The bed moves and shakes terribly when your sleeping partner moves. I was ocean front, but first floor so couldn’t even see the beach (fine, but disappointing, not the reason for poor review). Last evening while trying to pack and clean up I step on a rather large piece of glass and cut my foot. No one broke anything during our entire trip. I can only assume a former tenant did and the glass worked its way out of the grooves in the corners (possibly after I swept). I was disappointed in the kitchen supplies available. I feed my family of 6 daily and always cook every other night of vacation. The supplies available were not adequate for a family of 6 (the property is advertised as sleeping 6). The coffee pot is tiny makes maybe 2 large cups at a time, again I have 6 people staying. Overall the unit was clean. The couches were comfortable to sit after a day at the beach. I was happy with the number of brooms and cleaning materials available to keep up with daily cleaning. The washer is on its last leg, but did the job.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check in process is absolutely Miserable!!! The check in time is 3pm for everyone and the manage MULTIPLE properties for is we had drove for 12 hours and then get there with 2 screaming toddlers and wait and hour to check in due to the amount of people in line (like 40-50 people waiting) Once your at the counter for us it was relatively quick but we also didn't chit chat due to screaming kids. The room is in a great location with lifeguards on the beach since its next to a public access point. The unit did have room damage it looks like they've had previous problems with leaks while we were there the unit next door actually had a leak coming from a unit on the 3rd floor. The rest of the room (besides bathroom/ laundry room) seemed to be in good condition and was fairly clean. The overall stay was still great as we weren't in the room much and check out was easy but i definitely think check in should be changed.

Family Vacation 2021

The condo was not cleaned when we arrived. They had to find someone to clean the condo and we were not the only ones. We didn't get to relax until about 4hrs later. The dryer vent hasn't been cleaned in months. Besides that the condo wasn't bad at all. The location was great. It was near any and everything that you need for a vacation.
