Casa Blanca / Mtn. Farmhouse Style Home Minutes to Resort! Great Views!

Welcome to Casa Blanca! This fabulous mountain modern home has the clean lines and crisp style that your family will love! Located in the Pitchfork neighborhood and only steps from the free shuttle this home is ready to host your next Crested Butte adventure. Step into this light and bright home surrounded by aspen trees and filled with natural light. The main level of the home holds the heart of any home, the kitchen, and this one is fantastic. Fully equipped with everything you need and boasting quartz countertops and stainless appliances.  It's open to the living and dining areas so that everyone is part of the conversation. Sink into the comfy living room furniture and watch a movie or cozy up with a good book and the gas fireplace. This room was meant for relaxing. 

Downstairs you will find a second living/media room which is great for the kids to lounge and give everyone time to unwind. The lower level also has a great bunk room with custom queen over queen bed bunks, a full bath and laundry room.  Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  The master suite has a king bed and en-suite bath with dual vanities.  There is a private covered deck just off the master for that perfect cup of morning coffee.  Down the hall you will find two queen bedrooms that share a full bath in the hall.  Check out the cool barn door mirrors above the sink that when closed provide a mirror and when open give you the view outside.  The queen bedroom at the end of the hall has vaulted ceilings and a great view of Mt.Crested Butte.  

Outside you will find a landscaped yard with sprinkler system, mature aspens, and a 1 car garage plus carport.  No need to shovel snow off the car in the winter! When you are ready to go to town or the mountain there is no need to drive since the free shuttle stop is just 5 seconds out the front door of the home and super convenient.  

Regardless of the season, Casa Blanca is ready to host your next CB vacation in style!

Nice location

This house was perfectly located for our annual ski trip. First time in this area and it gave us easy access to the base of Crested Butte. It was clean and had the amenities we needed.

Our group had a wonderful time staying at Casa Blanca. The home was gorgeous and had nice large kitchen and living areas for all of us to gather together! It's location to the shuttle was perfect for all of us to get around during the weekend.

We absolutely enjoyed everything about this home! The owners thought of every detail. From the cozy fireplace, to the stunning Crested Butte views, to the immaculate decor. If we go back to Crested Butte we will no doubt want to stay here again!

Fantastic All The Way Around

Extremely clean and well maintained, and the kitchen was well appointed. Very open and bright and feels brand new. Outside of having to clear some snow to get in and out (CB for 37” the day we arrived), all went really well. Everyone in our group was pleased with the accommodations.

We had a wonderful time staying in this comfortable home and had everything you need. The shuttle to the mountain was easy and convenient. Beautiful views every morning looking out and we cannot wait to go back. The app is very helpful with recommendations from iron horse properties. It was an AMAZING week!

Best CB Accommodation!

As a family of 7 adults, we LOVED this property! This spacious, modern home was just what we needed for a ski vacation, and more. We found the kitchen to be well-supplied and beds to be very comfortable. We made use of the open-concept kitchen and two living rooms. Conveniently, the shuttle stop to mountain or town was steps from the front door. Don't hesitate to rent this property. We hope to return!

Beautiful home close to the slopes

We really enjoyed our stay at this home...everything inside was high end and you can tell it was run by a well established management company as everything ran like clock work with our stay. The home is about a 3 block walk (about 10 minutes) to the ski lifts, but also has a shuttle that takes you there in a matter of minutes. The only thing to note is that this home has just 2 parking spots and overnight parking on the street is not allowed anywhere in town (just something to consider for larger groups). We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again at this great home.

Casa Perfection!

This house was a dream location! Absolutely pristine and gorgeous! The kitchen and entire home is fully and thoughtfully stocked (bedroom humidifier was a nice touch!). The beds are super comfy (and we’re picky) and oh my goodness the location… sometimes “steps from the x (shuttle/beach/etc)” can actually mean a hike but this was literally steps to the free shuttle. Or a beautiful short walk to the lifts. Would recommend this place to anyone - it was cozy and lovely and made our vacation epic!

Amazing Property in the perfect location

Class Blanca was just steps away from the shuttle stop to the ski resort! We enjoyed 3 full days of skiing on the best mountain in Colorado (in my opinion)! The house accommodated our party of nine with plenty of space to spare. The layout gives plenty of room for adults and kids to have spaces of their own......I highly recommend staying here!
