This sumptuously furnished property in Treasury Point has a spacious living area with a great open floor plan and two master suites!

Kick off your shoes, coats, and ski gear in the entryway/mud room and head upstairs to the main living area for the ultimate in relaxation. With a comfortable couch, cozy club chairs, gas fireplace and a flat panel TV you won`t want to leave after a day of biking, hiking, or skiing. Off of the living room, you will find a large balcony with seating – the perfect place to enjoy your cocktail apres’ ski or just take in the views. You will also find the Jr. Master with Ensuite bathroom on this floor.

Cook up your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances – it’s perfect for fixing those large meals and the dining room table seats 8!

On the 3rd floor enjoy the Master bedroom with the ensuite bath and private balcony. There are 2 additional bedroom and a full bath on the 3rd floor as well.

Great place excellent location

This well appointed property is in the perfect location with easy access to Mt Crested Butte and Crested Butte via shuttle or bike/walking path. Great valley and sunset views.

Great condo, two families of four

Condo was perfect for our spring break, ski trip. Very roomy, great kitchen appliances. All the dishes we needed. Two families of 4. Beds were comfortable. Would recommend. Could have slept several more than our 8, comfortably.

Hunter Hill - Treasury Retreat

This townhouse is large, quiet, and conveniently located to skiing and the shuttle. Kitchen is well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and best of all the place was exceptionally clean upon arrival. Would stay here again. The walk from the West Wall Lodge to the townhouse is uphill and takes less than five minutes in ski boots. Most days we took the shuttle to the base area In the morning and walked back in the afternoon.

Easy Family Ski Trip

Enjoyed our spring break trip at this property - pretty views, the kitchen has everything you need, and bathrooms stocked too. It was a really comfortable place! Short walk home off White Wall lift made it easy for anyone who needed to bail. Desk space in master bedroom was especially helpful for needing to stay connected to work. Owners very responsive to our questions. Hot tub just a couple driveways away with views of the valley.

Only complaint is hot tub jets and lights don’t appear to be working, also, the railing on the main floor deck is a bit unstable and could be a safety issue someday.

Great location and nice condo!

We had a great stay here! A couple things worth mentioning, the condo number is located right above the garage, it was hard to see in the dark as we didn’t get in until closer to 6pm. The condo is clean, and well stocked, we traveled with our infant baby girl, so we asked about things like a pack ‘n play and highchair. The management company told us about a local baby gear for rental place, but we ended up finding pack and play, highchair, and even a stairs gate in the condo. 5 minutes walk To the west wall chairlift, which will connect you to all the other lifts in the mountains. Plenty of space for our two families with a total of 4 kids under the age of five .

Great location

This was overall a great place to stay. Short walk to the west wall lift and a ski back that makes an even shorter walk back at the end of the day. The listing is confusing about parking, the garage is one car wide but extra long where you can park 2 vehicles, even SUV's, and there is a 3rd space in the driveway. There are 2 king rooms like the listing says just no pictures of one room. As other reviewers stated, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The community "hot" tub needs work, the first day we got in and it was lukewarm. Our second day, others were using it when we would have liked to but due to Covid we just kept to ourselves. The third day we went it was only half full of water.

The house is in a great location just a short walk to the slopes or jump on the shuttle. The house is very comfortable with a large group, well stocked and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

There are several minor maintenance items that need attention.

There are several minor maintenance items that need attention. 1. The toilet seat upstairs is cracked. 2. The cold water handle in the master shower falls off. 3. The door handle to the deck at the living room falls off. 4. The ceiling fan in the upstairs queen bedroom does not work. 5. All of the humidifiers need cleaning. One had hair in it. Most had residue or scum in it. 6. The hot tub was closed for three of the five nights we were on site with no explanation. 1. The staff was awesome, including answering a call on a Sunday

We were there over President's day weekend and it fit three families easily. We were not cramped and had lots of room to stretch out. The rental company sent us a greeting text and we used this as a means of communication for the remainder of the stay. They were always quick to respond and very pleasant to deal with.
