The apartment is spacious, bright and decorated in style. In the centre of Vieux-Boucau, it is next to shops, restaurants and the lake, but far away from the noise. The kitchen is well-equiped and the balcony is just perfect to relax. Communication with the host was excellent too.

Geweldig appartement

Geweldig appartement, zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Locatie is top: op loopafstand van het strand en direct aan de winkels en dagelijkse markt( behalve op zondag). Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

L'immeuble d'un Ă©tage est idĂ©alement situĂ© : les commerces et le marchĂ© sont accessibles juste en sortant. Le quartier est vivant, les animations et les lieux de restauration sont variĂ©s. Baignades Ă  l'ocĂ©an ou dans le lac marin proches (selon la couleur du drapeau). Des activitĂ©s multiples mĂȘme pour les non surfeurs : vĂ©lo (boutique juste en face), location de canoĂ«... L'appartement est trĂšs bien agencĂ© et trĂšs accueillant. IdĂ©al pour cuisiner et manger sur le balcon. La disponibilitĂ© de notre interlocuteur pour la location et le lieu de vacances ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©s. Merci.

Agréable séjour. Emplacement ideal, on peux tout faire a pied. L'appartement est vraiment tres ageable, idéalement place, design tres joli. On recommande fortement.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Zentrum

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Es bietet sehr viel Platz und ist sehr gerĂ€umig. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat alles was man braucht. Der Weg zum nĂ€chsten Supermarkt oder BĂ€cker ist 10m. Treppe runter und man ist schon da. Der Weg zum Wochenmarkt (Montag-Samstag jeden Tag) ist 30m, der findet vor der HaustĂŒr statt. Einziger Nachteil der Weg zum Strand ist doch 1km. Wenn man surfboards dabei hat sollte man sich einen Wagen oder Ă€hnliches mitnehmen sonst wird es zu anstrengend. Unsere GastgĂ€berin die Frau Mories war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben einen zweiten SchlĂŒssel auf Nachfrage bekommen fĂŒr unsere nachtaktiven Jugendlichen. Die Gegend ist etwas laut bis spĂ€t in der Nacht, aber die Fenster isolieren sehr gut und man kann bei all dem LĂ€rm draussen im Schlafzimmer nicht hören, wenn die Fenster zu sind. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut fĂŒr Kinder und Jugendliche da es viele Ecken hat wo sie sich zurĂŒckziehen können. Parkplatz ist auch gleich vor dem Haus. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung im Zentrum.

bel appartement trÚs bien situé

Belle piĂšce Ă  vivre oĂč il fait bon se retrouver autour de l’ülot. Lumineux et situĂ© en dĂ©but de zone piĂ©tonne donc calme. A l’étage, salle de pains refaite avec une douche au lieu de baignoire et lit en 160 au lieu de 140 et ce sera parfait! Nous avons louĂ© des vĂ©los Ă  un magasin Ă  30m, par contre pas beaucoup de place dans le local vĂ©lo de l’immeuble pour les y ranger la nuit.

Nous avons passé de trÚs belles vacances à Vieux Bocau et dans l'appartement. L'appartement est trÚs spacieux et joliment meublé. Rien ne manque. L'emplacement central permet de tout atteindre rapidement. Il se trouve à 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le temps.

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung in traumhaften Ort!

Wir waren mit 6 Personen zum Surfurlaub angereist. Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete und ausreichend Platz bietende Wohnung liegt direkt ĂŒber einem Spar Supermarkt mit BĂ€ckerei und mitten im mit vielen LĂ€den bestĂŒcken Zentrum. Auf dem Platz nebenan ist jeden Vormittag ein schöner Wochenmarkt. Die StrĂ€nde sind traumhaft und fĂŒr SurfanfĂ€nger prima. Unser Lieblingsstrand ist der "Plage des Casernes" wenige Kilometer sĂŒdlich gelegen. Hier war auch die Surf-AusrĂŒstung sehr gĂŒnstig. Mir hat es sehr gefallen und ich komme gerne wieder! ---------------------------- Appartement joliment meublĂ© dans un endroit fantastique! Nous avons voyagĂ© avec 6 personnes pour des vacances de surf. L'appartement spacieux et meublĂ© avec goĂ»t est situĂ© directement au-dessus d'un supermarchĂ© Spar avec une boulangerie et au milieu du centre avec de nombreux magasins. Sur la place voisine, il y a un joli marchĂ© hebdomadaire tous les matins. Les plages sont fantastiques et idĂ©ales pour les dĂ©butants. Notre plage prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e est la "Plage des Casernes" situĂ©e Ă  quelques kilomĂštres au sud. Ici, l'Ă©quipement de surf Ă©tait Ă©galement trĂšs bon marchĂ©. J'ai beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© et j'adorerais revenir!
