Welcome to the Rep'air: leave your car in the car park and enjoy the beach every day! Les Terrasses de l'Océan overlooks the Notre-Dame beach, with the Hossegor power plant 10 minutes away by the seafront promenade, the city centre 5 minutes by bike / 20 minutes on foot along the canal, and the beaches of Capbreton 15 minutes away by bike. Quiet and family residence far from the road, with many gardens and on the seafront: children can come and go without any risk. Restaurants, supermarket, surf schools nearby.PGJyPg
T2 of 43m², second floor without lift. Wooden terrace of 14m² facing south-west, view of the Hossegor canal and the ocean. A bright bedroom with double bed + two beds 1 person in the living room, ideal for a couple with or without children. Bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine, separate toilet. Kitchen opening onto the living room: 2 hotplates, combined microwave oven, top fridge with freezer, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, steamer, small electric plancha. In the living room: dining table for 4 people, two sofas/beds for 1 person, TV, Livebox adsl with wifi, radio/CD/Bluetooth. On the terrace: dining table for 4 people, low lounge for relaxation, manual awning. Manual roller shutters in the bedroom and living room.

🅿️ You have a private parking space in an underground garage and a shared bicycle room, both secure... you have the freedom!

Before leaving the accommodation you are asked to wash/put away the dishes, empty the fridge and take out the rubbish. Flat rate of 80€ per stay for cleaning and bed linen provided (mattress pad, fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases). Remember to bring bath and beach towels.

Nous étions 3 adultes et un bébé. On est resté ici 10 jours. Dans l'ensemble, excellent. La terasse est très agréable donnant sur l'océan. Grand store pour l'ombre. Les lits dans le salon et la chambre , étaient confortables. Salle de bains pratique avec une bonne douche. Machine a laver au top ! Linge de lit propre , appartement propre. La propriétaire ést très gentille et a disposition dès que besoin.Parking couvert a disposition, et c'est génial ! Amplement de place pour un SUV. Les négatifs : - C'est au deuxième étage , sans ascenseur. L'accès se fait par un escalier extérieur en colimaçon. Avec la poussette c'était très compliqué, ou même avec des sacs de courses.. - C'est petit , mais a la fin du séjour ça nous a bien fatigué, il y a des économiseur d'eau dans la cuisine et salle de bains. Ça devient très vite long pour une casserole D'eau , ou quand le bébé pleure et qu'il faut de l'eau rapidement. Si on revient sur Hossegor, c'est sure que je regarderai pour relouer ce logement.

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage, ist sehr gut zu erreichen und das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Mila hat uns herzlich empfangen. Was auch vom Vorteil ist, ist ein privater Parkplatz. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, nur man sollte an eigene Handtücher denken, da es keine in der Unterkunft gibt. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen und ich würde sie sofort wieder buchen. :)
