About this space
Enjoy this cozy 3 bed/2 bath home with tons of outdoor space and sleeping quarters! Just 4 miles from Kyle Field, 2 miles from Downtown Bryan, and 5 miles from Easterwood Airport, this is a great home for both Aggie gamedays and everyday visits to Aggieland. The large backyard is great for playing football, soccer or simply hanging out. Quick access to 2818 (Harvey Mitchell Pkwy), University Dr., Texas Ave., Villa Maria Rd., and Wellborn.

Kitchen and laundry essentials are included as well as toiletries. The house will be stocked with cooking essentials (seasonings and equipment) and bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, razors, soap, etc.).

Just what I was looking for

I used this property for my construction crew. The location was great, very clean, and the property owner was awesome. He kept me informed on everything going on and if I needed him to check anything out, he was fast to respond and handle it. I will defiantly use this property again for future projects.

Just what we needed

Perfect house for graduation weekend. Very clean and the homeowner was very responsive. Large backyard for dogs to run around. The only complaint was the fence in backyard had holes where dogs could get out. Would stay here again!

Definitely Pet Friendly!

This house was as described and check-in process was great. Rules say to keep pets off of furniture but it's obvious past renters did not do so. The couch smelled of urine and there are multible stains on the crpet.

A great place to stay near campus!

We felt at home immediately in this comfortable home. It had everything we needed. Our daughter and her husband brought their dogs who loved the backyard space. We enjoyed used the grill for a steak dinner. The neighborhood was great for walking. The only surprise was that internet was a little slow limiting TV, but we were able to cast so not a real problem!

Just what we needed

Stayed at this place with my parents when my son graduated/commissioned in May. Location wasn’t bad - neighborhood was quiet. House was quite large (3/2) and worked well for 5 of us. Nice to have the grill when it was so busy in town with graduation traffic. Appreciated the fact the AC worked well! Will definitely share this VRBO posting with friends.

Clean priperty

The house was very clean. You could tell that it was a pet friendly house by the smell and stains on the carpet. The beds were a little firm for my liking. The WiFi didn’t work and when I sent the host a message, I never received an answer.

Check in was late due to a mishap with the cleaning schedule. Owner called to tell us and offered to refund one night’s fee, but has not responded to follow up messages regarding this. The house was conveniently located, but a hodge podge of furniture and linens. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Minimally clean. All dishes had to be rewashed. Dirty socks under the coffee table, etc. Overall, it worked for what we needed, but I wouldn’t book here again.

Pretty good. Nice place. Cute set up. Clean and comfy. Our little Chaweenie loved playing with the little frog resident every night. Only complaint...but not really a complaint I guess it would be we had to keep her on a leash every time we took her out in the back yard because there are several planks missing in the fence. But I get it....coast to repair things is astronomical these days! Really a nice place. Would stay there again in a heart beat!
