This was a cozy house with good separation of space - all bedrooms upstairs, separate dining room, living room. Very comfortable and quiet, on a cul de sac street. We will definitely stay here again when visiting our daughter in Bryan. Garage parking was a great bonus.
This home was clean and welcoming, everything about the house was inviting. The beds were so comfortable, am an evolve fan

Great Stay
The house was a great size. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, large dining room and living room, garage parking. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. We had a slight mishap and locked ourselves out of the house. The owner and his team(friends/family) were very helpful and accommodating to getting us back inside. I would highly recommend this location.
The house was very clean!! Loved the quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed for our weekend. The stairs were steep for the grandparents but were fine for us younger adults. I would definitely recommend this property.
We rented this house for a TAMU graduation weekend, and it was a great house for us. High-end appliances, lots of bright windows. Neighborhood is older, as is the house, but it served our purpose. Close to everything, including Downtown Bryan and Messina Hof, which were both lots of fun.
Nice size 3 bed/2.5 bath. Rooms are a good size and exactly as advertised. Kitchen is spacious. Lots of natural lights. Very quiet neighborhood. Loved the garage parking. Host/contact responded quickly. Very comfortable & quiet weekend.
Great location my only concern is the front deck there were several rotten boards we had to be very careful! Also the listing stated there was only 1 ring doorbell camera be we notice cameras all over the property not a big deal just not what the listing said

The photos are highly stylized/filtered. Enough so that I thought we were in the wrong house at first. Though the house was clean and well stocked, it is very dated and not at all like pictured in the photos.Floors were super creaky, many doors wouldn’t close. In the primary bedroom, there is a board covering a space in the attic that wasn’t fully nailed down, to the point I could view the light from the attic through it. This would have been fine except I could clearly hear squeaking coming from above.I contacted the number provided immediately and was told that they would send someone out the following day since it was a Sunday. I never heard from anyone again for the full week of my stay. There was a roach problem - dead ones popping up everywhere downstairs (big and small). The fire alarm battery died late one evening and beeped until we had to pull it down and order batteries from Instacart. Again contacted the number provided and got zero response.Overall house was “fine” but definitely not as sold and disappointed in the lack of communication from the host.
