The resort is beautiful, the food is great and the staff is beyond compare in their attentiveness, knowledge, and truly strive to make your stay the best experience.

Very communicative and pleasant transactions

The owner, Bill, was fantastic to work with and would definitely do business again! Lovely property, beach, kids club and housekeeping staff. Would recommend staying outside of spring break due to a bolus of college spring breakers stretching staff and other vacationers patience levels. Be aware of heavy pressure to purchase timeshare and all inclusive option.

Great unit in an enormous property

The unit was lovely! The property is a giant timeshare and all inclusive blend, so the quality of food and service is hugely varied. The check in process involves multiple sales pitches, but very little information. The QR codes in the rooms don’t work, the wifi is extremely slow, and one of the bedrooms has no windows. The views are amazing, and so is the spa!

Family Cabo Vacation

We loved our stay at the Villa Del Palmar! Family vacation with our adult kids will be treasured memories we will always remember. The 2bedroom was a perfect space for all of us and the quiet ocean view on the north side of the resort was wonderful. Warm sunrises in the morning and beautiful views of the moon over the ocean in the evenings. This would be a choice spot for us again in the future! We recommend it for families of young kids and adult kids! Great vacation… Thank you Bill for your accommodations!

Cabo Villa del Palmar Vacation

Great location! Nice pool! Friendly staff! Older property with moldy smelling rooms and hallways. Food was average and many bugs in the room! We have bites everywhere! I’d give it 2 stars at best!

I am so sorry that Fred did not find Villa del Palmar up to his expectations. My family and I have been going there for 20+ years and I have sent many friends and VRBO folks as well. This is the very first complaint I have ever heard. I did forward his entire private message to management and they assured me they offered him alternative suite assignments. Furthermore, while on site he never mentioned "bugs" in any way. I am not entire sure what is "going on here" and while I totally regret that Fred did not have what he would perceive to be an optimal vacation, I am also not sure why his perspective is so different from so many others. Apologies again!

Great room and property!

Perfect resort and a big room to accommodate our party. Right on the beach so you can walk to all the popular restaurants on the beach. The host was very helpful and replied to all messages right away, thanks!
