The Sea Pines Resort is the original planned community on Hilton Head Island. Home to Harbour Town and South Beach, Sea Pines is the center of visitor activities on Hilton Head Island. Amenities include 4 championship golf courses and tennis courts, miles of walking and bike paths, a 600 acre nature preserve, equestrian stable and beautiful beaches.
Stoney Creek Villas is a small community of villas located in Harbour Town and close to the beach. It is a 5 minute walk to Harbour Town marina and the iconic lighthouse, waterfront restaurants, shops, a playground, and live outdoor entertainment
Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament, is just steps from the front door. The Sea Pines Racquet Club is also just across the street.
The Shops at Sea Pines Center are 1/2 miles away, where you will find many dining and shopping options.
Sea Pines Beach Club is 1 1/2 miles from our villa, a fifteen minute bike ride or jump on the seasonal trolley, the nicest beach in Sea Pines. Here you can enjoy the ocean, great dining, live entertainment and spectacular sunsets. The Stoney Creek Villas large private pool is just steps out the back door.

Renovations include a new custom kitchen with new cabinets, granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, new bathrooms with tiled walk in showers (2), new vanities, fresh paint, new furnishings, and new flooring throughout.

On the main floor you will find the new open fully equipped kitchen which has stainless steel appliances including a smooth top stove, over the stove microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, a Keurig & drip coffee maker, blender, and toaster. The kitchen also features a dual zone wine refrigerator and under counter ice maker. The dining area features a large table with bench seating and chairs to seat 8, and is open to the kitchen and living room.

The living room features a sectional sofa and 50" Samsung Smart TV with Samsung sound bar and Sony DVD player. The sliding glass doors from the living room lead to the rear deck with a stainless steel Weber gas grill.

There are two large bedrooms on the second floor. The master suite has a king size bed, full bath with tiled walk in shower, and new Samsung 32" Smart TV. The private balcony with a high top bistro table for you to enjoy your morning coffee or a nightcap. Lots of closet space behind barn doors and a dressing/make-up table are just outside the master bathroom. There is also an iron/ironing board and a steamer in the master closet.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, full bath with tiled walk in shower, new 32" Samsung Smart TV and private balcony with a high top bistro table.

The third floor bedroom features 2 sets of built in twin over full bunk beds and a wall mounted 40" Samsung Smart TV (with plenty of inputs for your video game system) and Samsung DVD player. The full bath has a tiled tub/shower and lots of closet space and storage for suitcases.
Our newly remodeled villa will be ready when you arrive - exceptionally clean and fully stocked with new cookware, dinnerware, new towels, and new linens.

All in-season (Memorial Day-Labor Day) rentals are Saturday to Saturday.

A deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation. Balance is due 30 days before arrival date. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking.

We require a $300 security deposit. This deposit will be refunded within 3 weeks of your departure date, provided there is no loss or damage. 12% State of SC tourism tax will be added to your rental fee.

Renters must be at least 25 years old.

One (1) weekly Sea Pines gate pass is included in the booking fees. Any additional gate passes are $20 if purchased from us, $30 at the Sea Pines gate. Please notify us/pay for additional passes at least 45 days before arrival to allow ample time for processing and delivery via USPS First Class postage.

Community pools open April 1st and close October 1st.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed this property right in the middle of Sea Pines. Great location just a 5 minute walk to HarborTown and a pool around the corner from the unit. Everything (including pots, pans, furniture and appliances) was new, clean and the owners were great to work with. Beds were very comfortable and we had a great vacation.

Had a great stay! The condo was well equipped with everything you could possibly need ! Under the counter ice maker was an added plus . Pool was large and always able to get a lounger. Vacation Group Getaway

We had 2 families that we do our vacations with and they have houses in Sea Pines. This was wonderful location for going to Harbor Town. The place was spotless and just as described on the website. The owners are very receptive to questions and reply in a vey quick manner. We are looking forward to being able to stay here again for 2 weeks.

Lovely Condo

This is a beautiful updated condo within easy walking distance to Harbour Town. The three bedrooms were a perfect set up for our family and we appreciated the quality of the bedding and towels. The kitchen has everything you need including an ice machine and wine fridge. One suggestion would be to add a railing to the the two steps leading to the front door. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is a beautiful 3-story home. The top floor is a perfect retreat for children! The beds are comfy and the setup is so cute! The kitchen had everything we needed and the owners provided many staples that we normally have to buy (laundry detergent, trash bags, condiments/spices). The owners also responded very quickly when our A/C had an issue. A repairman was there within the hour. This is a great vacation home!

The property was nicely renovated and large, we would recommend it to anyone as the owners were very receptive to an unforeseen issue. We arrived to a villa covered in plastic for exterior painting which did not stop the entire 3 days we were there. For 2 days all the windows and patios were covered in plastic and we were not able to use any outdoor areas. The owners were apologetic as they did not expect that and gave us some rebate on the cost.

Great condo close to Harbor Town!

This property was great overall! We always had parking right outside our condo. The condo was very clean and well equipped for our family to stay for the week. Our bed was soooo comfortable! Our kids loved having their own space on the top floor. It was nice to be able to walk to Harbor Town for sailing, kayaking, shopping, etc. Our only dissatisfaction was the proximity to the beach and ease of getting there. It was a chore getting 7 people and all of our stuff to the beach. Otherwise, our stay was good.

Stayed in this wonderful villa the week after Memorial Day. There were 5 adults and 3 kids ages 2, 4, 7. This villa was perfect for us; cleanliness top notch and we’re picky. Three floors and every room was very spacious. Kitchen stocked with the best of everything and had plenty of storage space and supplies. The under the counter ice machine was a jewel and we used it a lot every single day. Great location in Sea Pines. Walked to Harbour Town. Washer and dryer full size and very handy. Patio furniture clean because it was all covered. Pool was within walking distance and was very nice. Parking was convenient as were the trash and recycle cans. Great to have a bathroom for every bedroom. Water for showers was always hot even after 8 showers. This will be our number 1 choice in Hilton Head when traveling again with the family. There is not a single negative thing to say about it. Ricky was a great owner and always answered all of my emails before arriving. Didn’t need to contact him during our stay because everything was perfect! Stay here and you won’t regret it. Well worth every penny.

Scott Maddox and Ricky Rivers were roommates at the University of Georgia several years (ok, decades) ago where Scott's wife Michelle and Ricky's wife Amy also graduated. They all have remained friends for over 30 years. Their oldest daughters continued the Bulldog family tradition attending UGA together. And, yes, the Maddox family had a son go to Texas... so we say Go DAWGS and Hook 'em Horns! Family vacations together over the years on HHI made the decision to buy a condo here an easy one.
