This will be the perfect villa for your vacation in Los Cabos !
Just 10 minutes driving to downtown and Marina and 5 minutes from stores and supermarkets this area is a relaxing spot with everything you need close around .

Welcome to our beautiful vacation home in Cabo, where relaxation and luxury await. Begin your stay in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delightful meals with friends and family. The adjacent dining and living areas open onto a back terrace featuring a private pool, cozy lounge space, and a fantastic outdoor barbecue setup, perfect for soaking in Cabo`s stunning weather.

The second floor boasts three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing comfort and tranquility for all guests.

The highlight of our home is the rooftop terrace. With stunning views of Land`s End, a second grill area, and a cozy fire pit, it`s an idyllic setting to watch the sunset and create lasting memories.

Pool is not heated

NOTE: Cabo is a rapidly growing town. Like most of the area, there is some construction in our neighborhood a couple of doors down from our rental.
No smoking inside the condo. A $200 USD penalty will apply if this rule is violated. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, and we kindly ask that doors remain closed when doing so.

No parties or events are allowed.

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing our neighbors.

Great stay and location

Fantastic location! We loved that we were able to walk to restaurants and the beach. This house was perfect for our group of 10 girls. Check in and check out was an easy process. We were able to organize a grocery delivery which was very convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect spot for a bachelorette party

The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed! The outdoor spaces are lovely and we really enjoyed the rooftop bar area. We stayed for four nights and visited many restaurants/bars/resorts in the area and all places except for one were a 5 min walk or less. The host was fantastic and very helpful with everything. I would absolutely stay again!!

Family Get Away

This Villa was outstanding, plenty of room for 7 adults. Close to Grocery store, Marina, Beach & Restaurants. Private pool, great outdoor space for lounging & dining. Inside was clean, well stocked, beds were very comfortable. Cristina (host) met us at the villa upon our arrival to explain the security, trash disposal, etc. Loved it!

Perfect and Convenient

The house was a great place to stay while in Cabo. Our trip was for friends and we all had a great time in the house and the pool. The rooms were spacious and plenty of sleeping room. The house is close to everything and within walking distances to the marina and night life. Would definitely recommend this place!

Place was amazing. Walk to fishing. Walk to downtown. 3 min from bunch of restaurants. Kitchen well stocked made a fresh tuna meal last night. Check in was a breeze, met and showed us everything the house had to offer. Which was a lot. We Will definitely be back here

This place is incredible. A special shoutout to our host Cristina who personally greeted our group and was so attentive. There was a total of 8 girls that stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette and we had such a blast. Everything is walking distance and the house itself was absolutely beautiful. The beds were incredibly comfortable and I also recommend booking the private chef. Vania and Oscar made us some of the best food we had in Cabo and they were so incredibly nice as well. Thank you for the amazing experience, and memories we shared here. We hope to come back one day ❤️

Wonderful Location in the Heart of Cabo

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Casa Los Mismos! The host was wonderful and arranged our airport transport and had drinks waiting for us at the house as we requested. We loved the private pool and rooftop deck. The location was fantastic just a few minutes from the marina and the beach and all the nightlife for our young adults. The home was clean and had tons of space for us all to spread out. The pool table was a big hit. Our only suggestion would be to put a king sized bed in the master suite. My husband and I chose the king sized bed upstairs, but that came with the smallest bathroom that wasn't en suite. All in all, a memorable vacation and we would definitely stay here again!

10 night family getaway to celebrate my 70th birthday

We were 5 of us staying there. Myself and my wife, our two sons (31 & 32) and a fiancé. Great location if you want walking distance to Cabo nightlife without being in the middle of the noise. Went fishing, golfed 3 times and tried to put a dent in the tequila supply. Partially succeeded. Enjoyed the pool and top deck. Only critique would be none of us were thrilled with the mattresses and found them not just very firm but a couple a little “springy” lumpy. We still all slept but that would be my only thing. If better mattresses then I would have given it a 5 star.

The host was great. She bought a Charlie Brown tree per my request (I repaid her) and met me earlier than check in time .. Once we went to bed with 9 adults in the house, we soon realized how horribly uncomfortable the mattresses are. I guess you call springs a mattress. The only bed with a topper was upstairs and 5 other beds like a board. The house is very outdated and sofa consist of foam fouton-of which was much more comfortable than the beds. Two of us had to sleep there …

Had a wonderful time!

It was in an excellent location. We could walk to restaurants, bars, marina, beach, shops. We felt safe and secure. There was a Selecto grocery store and Walmart very close by so we could walk there for essentials. The villa was very open and bright letting lots of sunshine in. The rooftop lounge was fantastic and we really enjoyed the view both night and day. The pool and backyard area was lovely. The only disappointment was the pool table: it was in poor condition. We all play pool and were disappointed the felt was coming up and it was not level. Maybe I misinterpreted, but the four bedrooms and baths were not all en suite. Two of the bedrooms had bathrooms en suite, but for the other two, we had to go into the hallway to get to our bathrooms. Overall, we quite liked it but it wasn't perfect.

Great Location

This is a great spot if you're looking to be as close to as many downtown areas as possible. Near the beach, the marina, the downtown nightlife. The rooms are excellent and plenty of space for our group of 8 guys. The pool did not seem to be functional optimally so it would be both warm and gather dirt fast so hopefully that will can be fixed for the next guests. Also, right before our checkout the water pressure suddenly went out. For us it was only about a couple hours, but if we had stayed longer and it wouldn't have been fixed in a reasonable time, it could've been a bigger problem. However, communication with the host was good so that probably would've been fixed easily. Also our hosts provided us with a lot of help including schedule covid swab tests and shuttle services. Overall it's still a great spot.

Friends Vacation

We had 4 couples in the home and enjoyed our stay. Check in was a breeze! We were met by Patricia and she showed us the door codes and gave us a quick tour. Two of the bedrooms have attached bathrooms and the other two have bathrooms nearby which was very convenient for our group. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Pool area was nice but smaller area then we expected. The outdoor furniture was a little dated and dirty but we made do. Pool man and gardener stopped by during our visit and cleaned and watered plants around us. I feel if we hadn’t been there they would have cleaned and blowed off area a little better. Kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils and cleaning supplies. Nearby grocery in Paraiso mall was very convenient. Perfect location as we walked to beach and/or marina everyday. No beach view from house because of nearby condos/resorts built in front but we made do by walking to the beach. I would recommend this house to anyone with a group or family that is looking for a great location!

Disappointed in Casa but location was fantastic.

We just arrived home from our 7 day stay at Casa Los Mismos. The location of the Casa was absolutely perfect, within walking distance of Medano Beach and the Marina. The house itself was not as presented in the photos. The outdoor furniture by the pool was in terrible condition, the furniture is broken, the chair pads are old and extremely worn with holes in the cushions. They advertise a game room with a pool table and in fact there is a pool table but the felt is not stretched and there are no working pool cues. The felt was missing on all 4 of them that were available. We tried replacing the felt but couldn't find anything at WalMart. The small appliances in the kitchen are mostly broken and difficult to use. This house could be something very special, it just needs some updating. I am not someone to leave negative reviews, I just feel people need to know before renting somewhere what they are walking into. Overall, I wanted so bad to give this a 3 or 4 star review but with the number of issues I simply couldn't.

You won’t find a better place to stay!!

This house was more than perfect! The location, size, host, safety, I can keep going. We went for my sister’s bachelorette party and all the girls couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the house was. There were 9 of us and we all slept comfortable. The AC was blasting at all times. We spent every day in the pool and every night we got home we went straight to the pool. There’s a stunning rooftop with a bar. We loved it up there and you can take in all of cabo- its a must! We had a chef come to the house Friday night and I can’t say enough about her and her helper. The food was 12/10 and a lot of food. They were effective, kind, always making sure we had a drink and food. I would 100% recommend hiring them for at least 1 meal. Cristina (the host) can assist you with setting that up. Cristina was so kind and patient. She helped us set up transportion to/ from the airport. She answered every single question. Our fridge broke the first night and she had a cooler right away and first thing the next morning it was fixed. Cristina and her team are wonderful and probably the best hosts I’ve ever worked with. We booked a yacht for Saturday through the “ Get my boat” app. We didn’t need a car once. 5-10 min walk to the marina, ocean/bars, and downtown. Easy walks too. Walking back at night we always stayed together and there’s 1 giant door down by the front street. Felt like extra security and we made sure it was always locked along with the other doors up top. Felt very safe!

I could not have asked for a better stay in Cabo. The house was amazing, the location could not have been better, and the host was fantastic. Very clean and nice house, everything you could need on-site. The host was kind and very helpful. She even helped us get our needed Covid test for flying back home. I definitly recommend this home for anyones stay in Cabo.
