POWDER MONKEY #2 - 2 BEDROOM PLUS, 2 BATH TOWNHOME - BEDDING: MASTER BR: Pillowtop King Bed, TV/DVD, private full bath, BR # 2: Pillowtop Full Bed, TV/DVD and Bonus Sleeping Loft: Pyramid Bed - Double Down, Twin Up. Washer/Dryer. No fireplace. A short walk to the Village, Ski School, and novice trails at Powder Monkey, make ski access easy for the kids. Across the street from Western Territory. Privacy in the trees, end unit, yet close to everything. Your kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to feed the whole gang, brand Names you trust - Cuisinart, KitchenAid, Wolfgang Puck, Crock Pot, and more.

SLOPE SIDE NO AIR CONDITIONING

AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Gated Community, Storage Entry, and free Resort Shuttle Service to take you to the Village or Silver Creek (night skiing/tubing).

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am

Great location. The townhouse was within walking distance to the village and powder monkey lift. We would definitely stay here again.

Fun Weekend

Great location and very nice property. I somehow had the idea that it had a fireplace, so I was disappointed when it did not, but it was not a problem. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom was wonderful, would love to know the brand. Great family time.

Great Location

The location was great. So much so we could see our car from the slopes. PM2 is centrally located once you arrive there is really no need to get into your car unless your leaving. The house was well stocked, beds were comfortable. Place was clean upon arrival. New carpet in the bedrooms. A little odd they did not replace the stair carpet which is in much need. My only suggestion would be to add a bit more light in the master bath. Overall great for a family. I was impressed with Casago. They were professional, friendly and very organized which we appreciated.

Perfect Mountain Location

We would definitely stay here again. Loved the location close to the Powder Monkey Lift. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and a great pizza place was a 2 minute walk. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms had lots of towels.

Location and space

Our family of 5 skiers enjoyed this home. Location was great.very short walk to the powder monkey lift. All the necessary amenities to cook family dinners after a long day of skiing. A washer dryer was great to do a load of laundry before heading home. Nice entryway spot to store skiis and boots.

PowderMonkey #2 needs some TLC

Powder Monkey #2 was a great location for skiers! The condo had all amenities needed for our stay, including a washer and dryer in the unit! However, the unit needs a deep cleaning and the upstairs needs to be updated like the downstairs. It needs more lighting in the unit. But, overall the unit was acceptable and met our needs. We will probably not stay here again.

Property was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Just enough space for 6 of us. Fabulous location. But... property advertised a gas fireplace and we were very disappointed that there was no fireplace in the unit.

This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.
