About this property

Waterfront gulf access one queen bedroom in-law suite [ two Queen bedrooms upon request for additional charge] attached to but not in my home. I live on the right hand side. Suite is on the left. There are no shared spaces.) close to all the fun restaurants, beaches, bars, shopping and medical! Private lanai and boat tie up if you choose to rent a boat. Watch the boats, manatees and dolphins sail by on the dock. Catch mullet, catfish and snapper for dinner! There is a washer/dryer, microwave, griddle, crockpot, electric skillet, webber charcoal grill...everything to cook but a stove. Full shower with tub. Second refrigerator in garage. Coffee maker, beach chairs, coolers and some fishing gear. If you want both bedrooms there is an extra charge. Please read rules tab within this property listing.

Perfect stay

This property was very clean and comfortable. The bedroom view of the canal was beautiful. Location was ideal for restaurants, beach, biking, and boating! We would love to return!

Little “gem” on a canal

Perfect place for a single or couple exploring SW Florida! Nice safe neighborhood, screened lanai on a canal, clean, comfortable, quiet, and Brandy is a fantastic host!

Absolutely amazing!!

I can’t say enough great things about this place. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything you may need and more. Great neighborhood and incredibly quiet. It was so tranquil to sit out in the lanai and watch the boats go by - My favorite part. If you have a chance to stay here, do not hesitate. Thank you Brandy for being such a good host!!
