Very clean but sparsely furnished. Pool great, in a quiet area and easy to get anywhere you want to go. Jordan was very quick to respond to any questions and kept us informed on anything going on. Would recommend this house.

The house was clean and spacious. The check in and check out was super easy. We enjoyed the pool everyday. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Fun fact we learned: Cape Coral is the Burrowing Owl Capital. It was fun to see the cute little owls and wild bunnies all around the house!

Amazing beautiful home only issue the pool was not cleaned and maintenance. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying again. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. Host was very responsive and willing to come and clean the pool.

My husband and I stayed here for a month. We loved the location and the privacy. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We took many walks on the deserted golf course which is just behind the house . Perfect getaway

Very beautiful property with a pool. We enjoyed having breakfast by the pool every morning. Not very far from restaurants and anything else you might need. This has all updated appliances so you can take care of laundry as well as stay in and eat and enjoy the pool.Would definitely stay here again when down here visiting family.
