"This home is a New listing on VRBO". You and your guests will love this casual, comfortable but lovely and Sunny Home in Paradise! Exceptionally clean, quiet and very well appointed, this property has everything you and your family will need to enjoy the beautiful Southwest Florida area. With more than 20 golf courses in the area and Gulf fishing less than 15 miles away, this home is an excellent location for golf trips, fishing trips, shopping trips or just "get out of the cold and hang around by the pool" trips!

This home includes three bedrooms: Master bedroom has king bed, walk in closet and bathroom. The second bedroom also has direct access to lanai and pool. Third bedroom is bright and sunny. Guest bathroom has Tub and shower combo, a sink with plenty of room.

The large lanai is air conditioned or open the many sliders for open access to the pool. Extra frig and seating for your comfort.

Dining area next to kitchen seats six. Large kitchen island with quartzite counter seating seats four more people. The laundry room is just off the kitchen.

Two Bikes are available for use, if anyone is so inclined, to go for a ride through the quiet neighborhood. Beach chairs and cooler for your adventure to the beach. There are two sets of golf clubs if you want to get out and play.

It's amazing to find such solitude right next to such magnificent neighborhoods! This home is 30 minutes from Ft Myers and Sanibel Beaches and Captiva Island, and close to restaurants, entertainment and shops. You can enjoy beautiful beaches, the Sanibel light house and some of the best shelling in the world. Get there early and you'll find the shells that have become exposed from the previous tides, truly amazing finds. Bring some beach chairs and a cooler and you're set for a relaxing day at the beach! For nature lovers, Ding Darling National Wildlife Preserve is there for the exploring. On the "near side" of Sanibel, Ding Darling is an amazing display of waterfowl and biodiversity. Keep traveling north and you'll find more adventure awaiting on Captiva island and beyond!!!

My wife, son (3 1/2) and I had a great stay it was perfect for the 3 of us, and plenty of room! The pool was perfect heated and all! They pretty much have everything right there you could need for a relaxing vacation! We will absolutely be returning!

Amazing property

This was a great house with an amazing pool area and quiet location! It has an amazing kitchen and two inside living rooms. The outer room that connects to the pool was great and where we ate all of our meals and played cards. We loved everything about it and will definitely be coming back!

Great home with pool!

We were so happy with our decision to rent this home. It is spacious, very clean, and has everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation. Having our own pool was so fun! The home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again if we travel to SWF.
