The house was very much as advertised.This was a family gathering with our kids and the access to the private beach was awesome and very convenient to walk to. The house had just about anything you could need and a bonus for me was the Weber grill which was very similar to the one I use which made grilling very easy!Janet was available for questions as needed and very responsive - Thanks for a nice week - the weather was great for the most part...

This place suited our needs very well. It was well-stocked with toiletries and plenty of bath and beach towels for use. Weber grill came in handy as did the well supplied kitchen. The quiet, dead end street made us feel very secure in unfamiliar surroundings. Two large living areas, besides the basement living space, gave us ample room to spread out. Garage with remote made loading and unloading for our various excursions a snap. A short drive into Harwich and Dennis gave access to many great restaurants and ice cream shops. We would recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic!

The home worked great for us! It was the perfect spot in a quiet neighborhood. Less than 5 minute walk to the private beach and easy drive into town. The home was gorgeous and our 2 year old loves the outdoor shower! We would choose this place again.

Beautiful house right by the beach!

We had a wonderful time! The amazing kitchen which is open to the diving room, living room, and family room areas made for a lovely space! The house is very clean and well-maintained. Hydrangea Heaven

A comfortable house, clean, well-stocked, nicely decorated, with a new kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. The large yard is beautifully landscaped with gorgeous hydrangeas and other plantings, in a quiet neighborhood, an easy walk to a private beach. The owner was responsive, helpful, and easy to deal with. We'd rent here again.

Paradise!

This was the perfect home and location for a wonderful Cape getaway. Great location to so many Cape experiences. The house was spacious, immaculate and had everything we needed including a beautiful kitchen and wonderful deck and outdoor space as well as all the beach apparatus you would need. The close, private beach access was perfect and we enjoyed many walks looking for treasures and enjoying the view. The owner was so responsive and receptive. My 6 year old daughter especially enjoyed the “seashell” bedroom with the assortment of books and the little dollhouse. Overall just a fantastic experience!
