– Stays over 7 nights: mandatory paid cleaning every 7 days
– Cleaning standard: if the unit is not left in decent condition, a double cleaning fee applies
– No luggage storage (back-to-back reservations)
– Use: for tourists or temporary work travelers only
– Property access: host/management may access with reasonable notice for maintenance/inspections or to resolve issues; in emergencies, access may occur without notice
