Fully equipped and in excellent condition with swimming pool, green area, sea and country views, deck chairs, sun umbrella and barbecue in the pool area. Spacious rooms, comfortable and functional: fully equipped kitchen; living room and dining with sofa bed, with access to a pleasant covered terrace with tables and chairs, where you can enjoy your meals, read or sunbathe enjoying the magnificent views of the sea and the countryside, pool and garden; bedroom with twin beds that power will be join with access to another uncovered terrace; full bathroom with tub. Air conditioning to temper your stay. Included clothes. Very quiet area with outdoor parking in front of the apartment. Excellent Apartment

We stayed for 6 weeks and the apartment was perfect. The bedroom and living area balconies had great views and beautiful sunsets. The apartment is on a small hill and you can see the ocean as well as a green space. The grocery store is an 8 min walk and the beach less than 15 min. Armacao de Pera is a quiet town with a lots of restaurants and a stunning long beach. Our communication with César was fantastic. He was very attentive and responded to any emails very quickly. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely quiet apartment

This was a lovely peaceful apartment just far enough out of town to be away from everything but close enough if you wanted to go out. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance, so very handy. The views from the apartment were beautiful both the sea and the scrubland and sky at night was spectacular. The BBQ area came in very handy even though weather was mixed. Pool was good size but some tiles were missing so could do with a little maintenance. Would be useful if there were some pads for the sun loungers in the apartment, little uncomfortable if sitting around the pool for too long. Host was very quick with replies to emails and check in and check out procedure was easy. Plenty of towels and sheets and kitchen was well equipped, having a washing machine was a bonus. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend the apartment. Can not wait to go back next year 😊

Lovely!

We stayed for 4 weeks at this beautiful apartment. The furnishings were very comfortable we had everything we could possibly need. We did not have a car so we walked everywhere. It is a bit of a climb from town, up to the apartment but manageable. The last stretch of the driveway is quite steep but it's only about 15m. We had a great view overlooking a valley and often saw a shepherd tending to a very large flock of sheep. Neighbour cats will also come to visit you! It was wonderful! Continente is about a 5min walk downhill, Pingo Doce and Lidl grocery are about 8-10min walk. An easy 15 to the main bus stop and about the same to the beachfront boardwalk. Great place!

Wir haben die Wohnung für drei Wochen gemietet und waren rundum zufrieden.Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock eines Hauses in einer kleinen Siedlung außerhalb von Armacao.Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhanden.Besonders die Sauberkeit und die gute Ausstattung der Wohnung haben überzeugt.Die Gartenanlage mit Pool ist gepflegt.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unproblematisch.Man schaut, wie auch anhand der Fotos zu sehen in ein grünes Tal mit den verschiedenen Bebauungen im Hintergrund. Auch zieht der etwa ein km entfernte Atlantik den Blick immer wieder auf sich.Nach unserem Geschmack eine sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung.

Uitzicht is TOP!

Eenvoudig maar wel alles erop en eraan. We hebben zelf wat kunstbloemen en planten gehaald om er iets meer gezelligheid aan te geven. Makkelijk de auto voor de deur, en als je wilt kun je de keukentafel buiten aan de voorkant neerzetten om s’morgens in het zonnetje te ontbijten. In de avond heb je de zonsondergang op het grote balkon.

Prachtige Locatie

Fijne, rustige locatie met de zee en het dorp op loopafstand. Prachtig uitzicht, met s'morgens ruimte om aan de voorkant in de zon te zitten en s'middags aan de tuinkant. Simpel interieur, wel alles aanwezig wat nodig is, maar het uitzicht maakt dat helemaal goed.
