This new 3480 square foot townhome is a premier place to stay while visiting Zion National Park and the surrounding Southern Utah areas. This top-of-the-line unit in Zion Village offers a fully stocked kitchen, 2 patios, flat-screen TV's in most rooms with upgraded cable, high-speed WiFi. It has 7 separate bedrooms, 6 with King size beds with custom mattresses. The other bedroom has 2 full-over-full bunk beds, with twin-size trundle beds underneath for a total of 6 more beds. There is also 2 queen size, Murphy beds, 2 double high air mattresses and a pack 'n play. There are 6 bathrooms, and a washer & dryer set both downstairs and upstairs.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats 4, dinning room table that seats 10, stainless steal appliances, and is fully stocked for all of your group's needs. The kitchen has the following items: plates, bowls, mugs, cups, glasses, silverware, and kids' plates and utensils as well. There is a full set of cookware, including two very large pots with lids. There is a large crockpot, set of silver mixing bowls, set of glass mixing bowls, traditional coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, XL cookie sheets, hand mixer, BBQ tools, plastic bowls, casserole dishes, pancake griddle, blender, rice cooker, storage containers, baby booster seat, plus a free standing high chair, spice rack, knife block, cutting boards, & more.

The living room has a 75” flat-screen 4K TV with DISH network and has most major sports channels. Full sized sectional couch to accommodate large groups, kids play closet with a play kitchen with a variety of toys. Garage has full-size ping pong table, and a side by side basketball shooting game, and the house has a variety of other games for your fun as well. There is parking for 1 vehicle in the garage, and 2 more on the cement driveway outside. If more parking is needed , there is more parking directly across the street at the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse has a heated pool, hot tub, lazy river, and splash pad as well as pool table. foosball table, several heated firepits, BBQ stations and places to eat while your family swims. We have included beach towels in our home for your use at the pool as well. There is also a weight room/exercise area and more.

MAIN LEVEL BEDROOM #2 (sleeps 2):
King-size bed, with custom made mattress. Bedroom is located next to main level guest bathroom which has a glass enclosed shower.

UPSTAIRS JACK & JILL BEDROOM A #3 (sleeps 10): Two full over full-sized bunk beds with TWIN trundles and 43” TV. Walk-in closet. This bedroom shares a bathroom with shower, tub, and toilet area, but has it's own separate sink and vanity area.

UPSTAIRS JACK & JILL BEDROOM B #4 (sleeps 2):
King size bed, with custom made mattress, shared bathroom with Jack & Jill A room, but has it's own separate sink and vanity area.

UPSTAIRS BEDROOM #5 (sleeps 2)
King size bed, with custom made mattress, with 43” TV and sliding door balcony access. This room is located next to a bathroom with a sliding glass door tub/shower.

FIRST UPSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM #6 (sleeps 2):
King sized bed, with custom made mattress, with 43” TV with sliding door balcony access. Closet, private toilet area, walk in shower, double sink vanity. (Queen size double high air mattress stored in this closet)

SECOND UPSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM #7 (sleeps 2):
King sized bed, with custom made mattress, with 43” TV. Walk-in closet, bathroom with sliding glass door shower/tub, sink and vanity. Pack-n-play (located in closet)

This new house is perfect for large families, several combined families or large groups.

Due to incidents that have happened when the home is not occupied, there is an external security motion detector overlooking the backyard that is set to alert us of movement in the backyard during the time that guests are not staying in the home.

The amenities for Zion Village and clubhouse are a full-sized heated pool with lazy river, kids slide/splash pad play area, hot tub, barbeque area, fire pits, weight room/exercise area, pool table, foosball and club house kitchen. There are also bathrooms with individual showers. In a different area, we have a Pickle ball/basketball court area.
