The Coast Cottage community provides a quaint, charming atmosphere for your beach vacation. A single street lined with picturesque beach cottages ends with an oceanfront community pool, pavilion and boardwalk directly to the beach. The community features an oceanfront swimming pool, private beach access, and uniquely designed, colorful beach cottages.

The Atlantus II Cottage, located at 17 Coast Cottage Lane, possesses the high-end style of a luxury destination and the southern charm for which Saint Simons Island is celebrated. Only a short stroll from popular Coast Guard Beach, 150 steps take you to the community pool, pavilion and all-day fun in the sun. Inside this coastal chic cottage, families find breezy balconies and a rooftop deck with striking beach views from an elevation of 50 feet. Enter the cottage to three welcoming guest bedrooms and a charming theatre area. This modern cottage offers an open concept floor plan, highlighted on the second floor where a sophisticated gourmet kitchen with gas range, standalone ice maker, wine cooler and bar seating for four; drifts into a plush oversized living room filled with light from floor to ceiling windows, and smart TV with apple sound technology. Perfect for gathering family or friends, the main level balcony features a gracious outdoor living space perfect for dining al fresco. Make your way up the staircase to the third floor and a spacious master suite sanctuary; where you can take in the fresh ocean air by accessing the private balcony doors. Relax and revive after a day in the waves with a soak in the master tub.

The community pool is heated from Friday through Sunday from the end of September until mid-May, as well as many holiday weeks. Other days, the pool may be heated with prior request for $50 per day. Please inquire for details.

This property will allow a small pet under 35 pounds for a $150 non-refundable pet fee.

Please note that the occupancy limit for the home also represents your occupancy limit for the common areas. In addition, this property STRICTLY prohibits any parties, events, gatherings that would exceed the occupancy of the home.

Parking for this cottage is limited to three spaces. This policy is not flexible, and management is not responsible for locating additional spaces.
