Seascape Lakefront Villa 136, located at Seascape Resort, is a brightly recently renovated and re-decorated two-story vacation rental cottage that will make sure you are in the best mood for your vacation here in Destin, FL! With multiple pools on site (seasonally heated), a gorgeous view overlooking Stewart lake, and just steps to the beach from the white sands and emerald green waters, this vacation rental cottage in Destin makes for the perfect getaway in any season! The lake is stocked with fish and other aquatic life so you may just walk away with a duckling for a friend by the end of your stay! You will also fall in love with the rocking chairs located on the private screened-in patio right off the master. This two-story 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage features a full kitchen and a dining area that can seat 6. This vacation rental cottage is also equipped with a washer/dryer, and a double screened-in porch on both floors and sleeps 8 comfortably.

Upon entering this vacation rental in Destin, Seascape Lakefront Villa 136, you will immediately notice all the bright colors and the natural lighting that fills the rooms. The spacious living area offers access to a private screened-in patio with tranquil lake views, an HDTV, and a queen sleeper sofa, as well as plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and everything you would need to prepare a home-cooked meal. Two bar stools accompany the breakfast bar for additional dining seating. The master bedroom is a king suite on the second floor with access to the screened-in private balcony overlooking the lake, an HDTV, as well as a master bath with a shower/tub combination and his and her sinks. The second bedroom is on the first floor and it's perfect for kids or adults with a queen bed, TV, and an attached bathroom. The third bedroom is located on the second floor across from the master and also offers a queen bed. Enjoy a seasonally heated outdoor community pool conveniently located directly across from where the vacation rental condo is located and the beach access just across the road.

Seascape Resort offers easy beach access, a brand new Seascape Towne Centre, an 18-hole golf course, and more! Nearby you will find local seafood restaurants, shopping, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, and more!

This property was perfect for my family of 5 and parents. We loved the updated decor, the spacious porches, and the amenities of the Seascape property. So close to the pools, beach, and tasty restaurants. We hope to be back next year!

Super nice unit and a great location. Short walk to the beach. Chair rentals and beach bar/restaurant right there. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and golf. Would definitely come back.

We recently enjoyed our week in this property with our friends and our two dogs. It is in a perfect location…walkable to so many things. We especially appreciated the dog-friendliness of the community including the conveniently located pet waste bags and receptacles throughout the community.The condo was very clean and well-furnished. Michelle was so responsive and answered all of my questions practically immediately. She even checked in on us a couple times during the week to make sure we had everything we needed.I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again.

Found a Gem :)

We booked a spur of the moment trip and I was initially nervous because this listing had no reviews but we found a gem! We had two families and two dogs and this place was perfect! Everything was updated, well taken care of and kitchen was stocked with good quality items. The villa was a perfect with a short walk through the complex and the beach access was just across the street with convenience of a nice restaurant! Our kids enjoyed fishing in the backyard, lots of grass for the dogs, parking was easy, no issues with neighbors, place was private and wouldn’t even know it was connected with other people. The host Michelle was amazing and was super friendly and frequently checked in to see how things were and answered all my 20 million questions lol. Boys already want to go back and this place had everything we were looking for! I’m happy to write the first review and we plan to be back!

My family purchased this home as a beach getaway from the cold, windy Chicago winters! When we first visited Destin/Miramar Beach, we fell in love with the white, sugary sand and the beautiful turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast!

Why they chose this property

Our villa welcomes guests wishing to get away from the hustle and bustle to the sunshine of the beautiful beaches of the emerald coast. The property is comfortable, yet unpretentious and ready for families of all sizes! We have worked to upgrade the unit by replacing bedding, flooring, rugs, light fixtures, and paint throughout! New pictures are not yet uploaded.

What makes this property unique

This is a first floor, 3 bedroom villa and we are pet friendly! You will have access to the entire Seascape resort, including basketball, tennis, pickleball, and 5 pools! This is a private, gated community.
