Nearby Beach(s) Rated #1 in the US by Dr. Beach. We've been up and down the coastline starting from Texas to Key West sampling Orange Beach, Pensacola, Ft. Walton, Destin, Seagrove, Grayton, Seaside, Panama City... and decided Destin was were we needed to be. It's simple..we liked the South Walton area Beaches
What makes this property unique
No other communities in Destin have what Maravilla Resort-Community has to offer. Generous undeveloped Private Beachfront, resort style activities(tennis/pickle-ball, ground shuffleboard, basketball goal, pools, onsite beach accommodations(umbrella/chair services, bonfire, and onsite water sports vendor), ease of access to shopping, restaurants, golfing, fishing, entertainment..the list goes on.
