Views of South Cove. 1.8 miles to Town Beach (beach parking pass provided). 3 floors of living space. Backyard use for entertaining or soaking up the sun. Family get away

The house was awesome! It was clean, spacious and well supplied. The location was perfect, close to many things to do and lots of great restaurants. We had a wonderful time and would return again.

Relaxing and Peaceful

Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood but also close to many restaurants and attractions. The kitchen was great and had all the amenities. Beds were large and very comfortable. A great place to stay with friends and/or family.

Not sure how one gets that moniker on VRBO but Morganne should have it. So responsive and accommodating. We felt like we were staying at a friend’s place — a friend who has great taste ;). All the conveniences of home in a neighborhood that made us feel welcome. Great family vacation. Thank you!

We would have enjoyed more giving our host a five star rating, however upon arrival the oven/stove/microwave needed a thorough cleaning. The outdoor furniture was not clean. Our grandson loved the bike/helmet that was available. We enjoyed our walks and proximity to Old Saybrook. It is special to be able to enjoy the property with our beloved pet as well. The common space, bedrooms and bathrooms were sparkling! Communication with our host was prompt and we appreciated that as well. Yes, we would return should the occasion arise! Thank you Morganne!

We loved staying at this home. It was sparkling clean, beautiful, comfortable and had everything you could possibly need.. It is really such a great vacation home in a quaint, quiet New England town. Definitely hope to be back!

My husband and I live in Connecticut with our three children. We love being at the beach and making memories at Cottage Cove. When we are in Old Saybrook you will find us biking around town or spending the whole day at the beach. We love having friends and family visit and will one day retire in Old Saybrook.

Why they chose this property

This location is the best of both worlds. It is between town and the beaches. We ride our bikes to the beach in the morning and walk to dinner at night.

What makes this property unique

This property has 3 floors making it an excellent spot for multiple families or families who like their own space every once and a while. It sleeps 12 people comfortably with a big entertaining space between the kitchen and living room.
