The studio is a great place, it have everything you'll need for your stay. The property is family operated so you can stay in touch with us at any time. The pool and commun areas are great to chill during the days or enjoy a breakfast. Everything is near because it is downtown so you won't need anything to transport, you can walk to any place because they are really close. You will love Cozumel and staying with us!

Great location.

Francisco is a great host. Modest accommodations but great location. If you need anything Francscio is there to accommodate you if able.

Super cute space, great host

Was a great experience, loved the property with all the cute cats and plants around. Really convenient location. Property manager is very helpful for any issues

Christopher is a great communicator. We felt like we were staying at home with his family. The garden area and pool are very beautiful and relaxing. Free wifi was a plus. The unit we stayed in was older but very clean. Loved that we could make our meals. No frills and affordable. The best part of this place is the location downtown, very walkable to avoid the expensive taxis. We learned the moto-taxis which was extremely convenient and inexpensive. We will definitely return. Thank you!

I was supposed to stay a week and I left after 3 days Mainly because it took me that long to figure out where else to go. Find a better place to stay. It's in an excellent location but it's very dirty. The microwave is above your head so if you're tall you can get the food out without spilling it. I had three cold showers while I was here and the host offered me a beer to make up for it. There is no shower curtain in the bathroom and a piece of glass is missing from the window so you can be watched from the the stairs outside you.

I did not stay here. The door had a padlock on it at 5:10PM. Neighbors knew nothing of the place. Prior to coming to Cozumel i tried to show pics of my stay. I was met by a strange ADVERTISEMENT which blocked everything. It asked whether i needed more insurance, etc I WAS FORCED TO BUY A BUNCH OF STUFF and couldn't get refund It was not as advertised. It also had an advertisement on it which covered the pictures and if i tried tomove it i had PURCHASED insurance. Itried to cancel but it said CANCEL ALL.

Great location, just three minutes to walk from the ferry.

Property was just as the photos indicated. Lighting and air conditioning was great. Fridge was excellent. A microwave would have been nice but we were able to use the hot plate just fine. We’ll be back.
