Nice place for rest and relax

The villa is very nice and Ibizenco style, isolated (closest neighbours 200 m). A good spot for rest and relaxing with friends.

Nice retreat to chill-out

Nice house with good bedrooms and airco. Great swimming pool. Kitchen utensils were a bit limited (e.g. old pots and pans). Limited shade outside at the pool (e.g. no large parasol).

Fantastic

We had an idyliic holiday in this villa. We went in June when the season was just beginning. The beaches were more or less deserted. This suited us fine. If a total chill out combined with great restaurants / nightlife within reach, this is what you're after this place is paradise. The house itself is fully equipped, spacious and perfectly located. The view from the roof is heaven. The land is peaceful, wide, and with a large pool. The house itself is perfect, but best thing, and very unique in Ibiza, its proximity to a gorgeous and very nice quiet beach and supermarket steps away. Thomas, the manager could not be more helpful, reasonable or easier to deal with. We will be back!!

Leider eine totale Enttäuschung

Wer eine Finca in Spanien mietet, ist darauf vorbereitet, dass es sich um ein altes Haus handelt. Müssen deshalb aber auch die Einrichtung und Ausstattung alt sein? In der Anzeige von fewo-direkt steht was von "modern" und "renoviert" - weder das Eine, noch das Andere ist der Fall. Abgesehen von der Hygiene (z.B. alter gammeliger Treteimer für Müll, der per Hand geöffnet werden muss, schimmliger Duschvorhang, dreckige und fehlende Fugen, Toilettenbürste mit "Resten" anderer Gäste, Spinnweben in den Ecken) ist das Haus alles andere als komfortabel und minimalistisch ausgestattet. Ein wirrer Wechsel von kalt-weiß und warm-weißen Glühbirnen (soweit vorhanden) und eine miserabel ausgestattete Küche (z.B. einzige Pfanne hat einen losen Griff, kein Tablett, wenige Gläser, keine Rührschüssel etc.) sind da nur ein Auszug aus der Mängelliste. Warum das Haus immer nur von einer Seite fotografiert ist, erklärt sich vor Ort (vor und hinter dem Haus Baracken). Auch ist der Nachbar nicht 200m sondern 50m entfernt, hat drei Hunde, von denen einer gerne langanhaltend bellt. An jedem Morgen weckten uns rumpelnde Fahrzeuge zwischen 5:30 und 8:30 Uhr. Eine Toilette spült nicht richtig und das eine "Doppelbett" hat nur 140cm Breite. Selbst im sonst netten Pool lösen sich die Bodenfliesen. Man kann zusammenfassen, dass die Vermietung unambitioniert und lieblos ist (u.a. musste fewo-direkt den Vermieter kontaktieren, da er kurz vor Anreise nicht auf Nachrichten reagierte und auch dann nur Google-Koordinaten mitteilen konnte) . Die Eigentümer täten gut daran, das Haus besser auszustatten, lange fällige Renovierungen (Feuchtigkeit in Wänden, Schimmel an der Decke, fehlende Fugen Bodenfliesen etc.) durchzuführen und die Umgebung netter zu gestalten. Was hier als "Garten" verkauft wird, sind trockene und staubige Ackerflächen. Die Zuwegung ist ohne SUV auf die letzten 50 Meter ein Abenteuer und der Blick geht nur von der kleinen Terrasse des größeren Schlafzimmers in die Ferne, sonst in die mittlerweile gewachsenen Baumkronen. Selbst die vier Sonnenliegen sind rostig, deren Vorgänger und weiteren Sperrmüll findet man hinter dem Zusatzgebäude am Pool, das einem nicht zur Verfügung steht. Schade, eine Enttäuschung durch und durch.

Bitte erlauben Sie mir zu sagen, dass Ihr Feedback ziemlich überraschend war, da unser Reinigungsteam eines unserer wertvollsten Vermögenswerte ist und strenge Verfahren in Bezug auf Qualität, Hygiene, Gesundheit und Sicherheit einhält, die ich vor jeder Ankunft persönlich überprüfe. Lassen Sie mich auch sagen, dass Möbel und Ausstattung die gleichen wie auf den Bildern sind, wir bieten keine modernen und minimalistischen Möbel an, das Haus ist ein rustikales Anwesen im Grünen. Die Küche wurde 2019 erneuert und die meisten Möbel sind solide und neuwertig, obwohl es kein moderner Stil ist, ist es kaum zu glauben, dass Sie die Bilder nicht gesehen haben. Bestehende Bettenmaße sind in der Beschreibung aufgeführt. Gestatten Sie mir abschließend noch zu sagen, dass sich das nächste Haus genau 105 Meter entfernt befindet und dass ich die genaue Adresse über einen Googlemaps-Link angebe, da Häuser in der Landschaft Ibizas keine genaue Adresse haben.

Super zufrieden

Ein sehr schönes Objekt, sehr einsam gelegen, weit und breit keine Nachbarn. Tolle Lage, schöner Pool. Alter ibizenkischer Stil. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Waren in der Spitze sechs Personen. Kleinigkeiten, die nicht passten, wurden sehr schnell und problemlos von Thomas erledigt. Thomas ist ein super Ansprechpartner, Danke dir Thomas! Wir würden und werden wiederkommen.

Lovely relaxing break in a great villa and quiet location

We had a lovely 5 days staying in Es Cubells. The villa was in a lovely quiet location and was the perfect set up for a family with plenty of space, a fab pool, BBQ and sunbathing area and all the equipment you would need. Thomas made sure we had everything and was super helpful throughout our stay. If you are visiting in early summer then we would definitely recommend taking some slippers and a warm jumper for the evening as the villa was quite chilly, but to be expected for the time of the year, just something we hadn't quite thought through! A great stay, thank you Thomas!

Perfect villa for family holiday!

Totally loved our holiday here. The owner, Thomas met us on arrival and he able to provide us with all sorts of information, including answering all the questions the rest of my family had!. He even provided a very useful shopping service and we found everything into the fridge at our late arrival. Large pool, perfect for 5 of us and the kids!
