Cute 3 bedroom 1 bath bungalow right on the lagoon 10 minutes from the bay by boat. Sleeps 6 with plenty of outdoor space for all your summer activities. Includes use of 50 ft dock, 2 paddle boards, corn hole, fire pit, grill, pergola, outdoor shower, sun loungers and plenty of inflatables! 5 minute walk to bay beach & 10 minute drive to beaches. Swim, crab or fish off the dock! Inside, plenty of room for your family with 3 bedrooms, open space family room and dining room, breakfast bar and fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch with a partial view of the bay, and enjoy your days and evenings on the back deck. Close to LBI and all it has to offer.
Cable tv, wifi, netflix included. Board games, books etc.
Quiet family oriented neighborhood. Pet friendly, must be preapproved. $200 pet fee, 2nd pet fee additional $100.
$1000 security deposit required.

West Beach Haven

Owners made themselves available to answer questions, and help with any issues. The house was clean, and comfortable. The owners even provided some items like beach chairs, firewood and other miscellaneous items (too many to list) that made things more convenient. Surrounding neighborhood was so beautiful and the people we encountered were very friendly. We brought our own blow up fishing boat, which was great on the lagoon! We all had a wonderful time! We would definately visit again.

We have owned the Beach Haven Bungalow for about 10 years and lovingly renovated it, and then did it again after Hurricane Sandy! We have created many happy memories here with our family and neighbors. We are now sharing our home with you since our kids are older and don't make it down as often.

Beach Haven West is a friendly boater community. Don't have a boat? That's OK, you can swim off the dock, walk to bay beach, or drive to the beaches. Everything you want is within 15 minutes!
